Read More: I just went to a concert last night and it really got me thinking. Famous music stars are like marketing leaders in a way. Let me explain.
When we were waiting for the band to start people were already cheering off and on in anticipation. They were setting up the stage and they pulled some sheets off some pictures and people went nuts. The band didn't even come out yet.
It didn't matter what the band did, everyone was going to cheer. It might be an extreme comparison but my point is this. The band had something that everyone wanted and was waiting for. Part of being a leader is a little bit like being that star. You have a following (fans) and they are willing to go wherever you go.
So if you put out good info out and help for others, people will follow. And you can even help some of them to become leaders themselves!

You definitely have to be enthusiastic before entering the meeting room. That way when the narrator introduces you and then loudly announces your name, then music plays and people cheer. Because they know you are the leader whom they can approach for information.
