Power of your thoughts

Some of you may already know or even heard of the idea that our thoughts become our reality.  It is phenomenal theory that scientific studies have shown our thoughts have a direct effect on everything around us.

It may sound a little far fetched but take this into account: The accumulation of all your thoughts or where you tend to put your focus becomes a very powerful focal energy.

The more you focus on this particular thought, the more it becomes a reality. Now you can just think about any little thing and it will fly right over your head. It's like you are not really thinking about it so it becomes irrelevant.  It all depends on where you choose to focus your energy and your thoughts.

 It's all about Quantum Physics.

The sciences of Quauntum Physics show us that everything is made up of matter.  All matter is made up of Atoms which then make up the molecules that make up cells. Atoms, matter, cells, and energy ...they are all connected.

 Fortunately for us we are able to harness this energy. Science has discovered that all energy atoms travel the same way. Energy Atoms travel in waves. The energy atoms look for other energy atoms that are alike and similar. Check out the Sound wave.  Sound is energy and it looks for like sounds and they move together in a wave pattern.

                                   

Our Physical bodies are giving off energy waves as well. Thoughts from your brain travel in waves called brainwaves. Every cell in our bodies is made up of small energy particles and they give off energetic waves. Brain waves are connected to your bodies' energetic waves. When you think or have one single thought it sends waves through your whole body which makes it react to your original thought. (confused?)

When lighting a match, your body's energy is harnessed towards lighting that match. When a spec of dust gets in your eye a thought wave comes from your brain to the eye and you start to tear and blink. You may even rub your eye or flush it out with water. That one thought started a chain reaction in your body that was very necessary for change to occur.

In essence, your thoughts are matter which makes it an actual "thing".

The Law of Attraction works similar and is based on the same principles. There have been some major Changes in the past century which will give evidence of this.

Most monumental societal changes all started with one person feeling strongly about changing the issue at the time. That one person looked for others that felt the same. This caused a chain reaction and a wave of energetic thoughts as others that believed the same joined in for the same cause. It was the momentum of all those people feeling the same way bringing there energy wave together that eventually changed things.

Let's look at some examples;

  1.Racial Discrimination has had some major changes in todays world. Most notably the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960's.

  2.Women can absolutely vote now. They even hold high positions in politics, which only a few decades ago was unheard of.

  3.Same Sex marriages are now recognized as legal unions in today's society. 

  4.Social Networking websites Like Myspace and Facebook have millions of subscribers and has changed the way people communicate with each other all over the world.

All of the examples above were products of a common mindset to execute massive change. Also proves the theory of how thoughts directly affect all that's around us.

How all this ties into you

In your own everyday life, you can make your thought waves work for you. You can harness the energy of your thoughts and send as many thought waves in one direction. The direction of your choice!

All our thoughts begin as feelings and when we feel a certain way we automatically change how we think and the thought waves begin their momentum.

 Every thought you have comes from a previous experience that made you feel a certain way. If you change the effect of the feeling then you automatically change the way you think. The thought waves then move in a different direction.

If you don't let the feeling affect you, then it won't. If someone says something that used to get you angry and now you feel its not that serious and it shouldn't make you upset, then what was said won't affect you.

Those brand new thought waves are beneficial because for some of us, anger can lead to high blood pressure and high stress. All of which is not good for you. New thoughts can serve a better purpose and save your life.

Now take your energy in the form of your thoughts with all of your feelings and harness them toward your goals.

                                

 Start to get all the waves going in the direction you choose and build some momentum. It will take some thought, which will then lead to action, which will build momentum. Enough momentum will cause a chain reaction toward the massive change of your greatest desires.

It all changed in 1884...

See the history of world development, pretty much stuck for centuries, all of a sudden infused with tremendous energy and advancements around the mid 1800's and moving on at a faster pace to today and beyond. Why do you suppose it happened, at that period of time? It's worth a little healthy research and investigation...
