Relationships are Key in Network Marketing
Here are some keys to building a successful relationships in your Network Marketing Business..People are what you are building your business on.If you are building relationships, you are in turn building your business..It would be too your benefit, too take some time too learn how too build relationships..
1. Listen with concern, and desire to understand the other person. Don't listen with one ear, but listen with both of them. Don't be doing something else whileyou are listening to the other person. Be attentive and understanding. Be focused on the person you are listening too only.
2. Let the other person talk without interrupting. Avoid quickly giving advice interrupting or making assumptions as to what you think they are going to say. Pause and breathe staying present and silent until he/she is finished. When you respond, make sure what you are saying is too benefit them only, and that there is nothing in it for yourself.
3. Do not prepare your answer while they are talking. Try to stay only in the listening mode. Once you have all the information you will be more prepared to respond. If you are doing this your mind is not on the other person and what they are saying. Focusing completely on what the other person is saying is vital.
People can know and feel if you are focusing on them completely. If you want to have successful relationships then you need to become focused and have a listening ear.people want sincerity and honesty in relationships, If they can't find it with you they will go and find it somewhere else.
