Yes, I said retention, retention, retention. You should choose a company that makes a difference in peoples lives. The products should make their lives better, healthier more fun, more convenient. In order for your people to be successful they need to be able to attract great word-of-mouth advertising, they need a strong testimonial. I have a friend who went on vacation last year to a beautiful tropical place. He loved it so much that he wanted to go back the next year. The huge difference from one year to the next was the fact that the second year it cost him $1000 less to stay at the same 5 star resort than the first year. The product? Global Resorts Network. He has a membership now that saves him thousands of dollars in traveling. That is the testimony!

You need to offer great value to the end user. The value you offer includes much more than just your products, which allows you to build a very attractive income.

Get to really know your people. You have to learn what it is they really want. And more importantly, you want to know WHY! Why is it so importing for them to work from home? Is it because they want to be with their children more? Are they handicapped and want to create independence and exceptional income. They could be like I was and was sick to death of working in the corporate world making other rich while I was working paycheck-to-paycheck.

Do everything you can to make your people feel valued and cared for. When they feel this way they will be forever a loyal fan. Give them respect, attention and the admiration they deserve. When they see you as a special, trusted friend and confidante, you are on track.
