Review of "Principles of Magnetic Sponsoring"
I recently finished reading a book called "Principles of Magnetic Sponsoring" by Russ McNeil. This has got to be one of the most helpful and insightful books I have ever read outside the Magnetic Sponsoring Course itself that helped me understand how to recruit better.
In his book, Russ speaks about how recruiting doesn't have to be as complicated as we make it out to be sometimes. He gives practical and insightful tips on how to turn ordinary conversations with strangers in the grocery store or on the subway into a prospecting opportunity. He provides some great information and tips regarding how to lead into proposing your opportunity without coming across as a "salesperson" and how simple things like overdressing or underdressing, depending on the environment you are in, can hurt or help your purpose in recruiting.
This is a book for those individuals, however, who are comforable speaking with people but perhaps are unsure how to target a prospect without it appearing that you are targeting them and prospecting them. It is certainly a book to read if you are in a position where you are struggling with what to say or how to say it to someone. This book is for all network marketers who want to grow their business. It is not for an individual who is still struggling to be comfortable talking to people or approaching people they don't know. This book is tailored to help you know how to take your beginning of your conversation of "Good morning" to a prospecting opportunity.
I believe this is a must read book for anyone in network marketing who wants to see their bussiness grow. I have recommended my entire downline read this book and I recommend you do the same.
