Recruiting to any Networking one should be aware of two things. One is that before you recruit you should select persons who shall be recruited. For that one has to list out people. Who are the needy person ; not that much who are the person looking for money. Every body needs money but few people search for money. Few people only think about getting out of DEBT. They need money to be free from debt. More people lie in the safe corner of having a little debt. They tried adjusting and however managed it and it is easy for them not to be out of debt. Select and sponsor those person who will really need. Four categories are there, person who are in debt, who need extra income, who have dreams to fulfil, who are job seekers.
