Why did MS. J. leave her MLM Company?? (READ STORY)

(I WILL NO BE MENTIONING ANY COMPANY NAMES OR PRODUCTS) Ms. J was exposed to the Network Marketing Industry for the first time when a friend invited her to see a presentation! Ms. J signed up with excitement!

This is what she was told!

"You have a chance to capitalize on a Ground Floor opportunity!" "You don't even have to change your life style! You can learn to build a fortune on your own schedule and even make money from HOME!" "You tell 2 friends who will tell 2 of their friends and so on…."

Then what happened!

Ms. J was asked to write down a List of names and numbers of EVERYONE SHE KNEW that were LIVING and BREATHING! After a few phone calls, she started to grow a team!

What Happened Next?

She was told to attend "an Exclusive, ONCE in a LIFE TIME Event" almost every other week, which she had to pay for! She no longer went to church because she was asked to attend ½ day hotel trainings, which she had to pay for every week! In time her schedule was created around her business!

Ms. J.'s team left the business! She lost her friends because they did not want to be sold or pitched anymore and so she was told to use the "3 foot rule" (Pitch the opportunity to everyone within 3 feet away from you on the streets) everyday! If she didn't keep pitching the opportunity, her list wouldn't grow! She even threw product parties and then pitches the sale to all her friends! She lost more friends bringing them to 1 hour long presentations and trainings! She also wasted money purchasing cards, creating ads, and buying leads!

What Happened Now!

Ms. J. left the business and became negative towards the MLM/Network marketing industry!

Generally, Network Marketing eliminates advertising by distributing Great Quality products and services to friends and family by word of mouth! It is designed for the average person to get involved, learn the system PART TIME, and duplicate the process by sponsoring others to do the same! This is how one creates leverage and gains time freedom! And best of all, it's all equal opportunity! Network Marketing/MLM without a doubt is the Best Industry to get into today in terms of creating wealth and security! MLM is for everyone!

Whose Fault Was It? Was it the company's?

In MLM, it is the majority that counts! The people!

Ms. J. , like the majority of any population, is a part timer with other hobbies, interests, and priorities to focus on! But she got started with a company that is using an old system that no longer works and it's compensation plan is designed for extremely aggressive reps!

The company was originally an old school model: An old school model pays its distributors 30% - 40% of its profits! It takes 2500 – 5000 active customers/distributors to earn $10,000 a month! The average person will not does not have the time to build an organization that big! Why? Because today, the level of attrition (People Quitting the Company) exceeds the number of people staying!

The Company is using an OLD/Primitive system that 65% to 80% of any population aren't willing to follow! Thus, it isn't very effective!! Let alone, with the popular web 2.0, the old ways no longer work! The company is using a binary compensation plan! Binary comp plans have a very small pay out for a beginning distributor and it requires a lot of time, energy, and in this case, money in order to build a decent residual! Again, the majority of any population isn't willing to invest that much time and energy! This explains the massive level of attrition (people who leave or quit)!

The company profits progressively with its massive number of reps who make a few sales, which is fine! All the company needs is at least 3 people at the top!! But for the reps, it will require 100s of thousands of dollars in revenue in order for them to earn a decent annual income! That is extremely hard if the level of attrition and expenses far exceeds the level of profit! In a binary compensation plan like this, you will have over 70% of reps who earn 0$ in profit!

So why don't they quit or find a better company that works for them? Because it is the company that creates the behavior of any organization! In other words, with all the promotions, events, hotel seminars, a distributor can become so emotionally attached to the company, they will become ignorant to the Network Marketing Industry as a Whole and believe they're with the best company ever!!!! In most cases, a religion is created around the organization!

However, there are "Next Generation" companies that pay its distributors more than 60% - 70% of its profits along with a very effective system! There are companies that look to reward almost all of its distributors and not just the top producers! This allows people to become financially free much faster! Many have been able to do so in less than a year! At average, less than 3 yrs!

In conclusion, Ms. J.'s lack of success is not her fault! She got started with the wrong company! many people have achieved a multiple 6 and 7 figures in less than 1 – 5 yrs working part time and only part time in the network marketing industry! Why? Because the system is easily duplicable and the compensation plan seeks to reward all the distributors and not just a few! What you have to do is find the right company for you! Your lack of success is not your fault!! Make sure you work hard with the RIGHT COMPANY that works for YOU!
