Scratch That Niche In The Hub?
The blog you had cleverly written may or may not have been seen. The niche market that you have been trying to tap may be waiting for you in the next post right? Try a little hub for your niche. HubPages is a very interesting and very google friendly way to get noticed. Do you know how to throw a curve ball? Do you know how to knit a sweater? Do you know what the best rock bands in the 1970's were? There is something that everyone is an expert at. HubPages was designed simply for the average person to benefit from. No real need for a lot of technical knowledge. Throw a few simple hubs together, make them interesting and informative, get involved in the community. What I have learned from this is that google really likes hubpages. It used to be a MySpace blog would show up really well, but it takes a lot more to make that happen these days. Try your hand at Hubbing. Use a topic that you enjoy, write an article, add video, add pictures just like school huh? I have been doing a hub (which is frowned on by the higher ups...but shhhhh) about my childhood. My funny stories which are more like a blog, but I have used this to make more friends in the community because everyone has a childhood so I become a character they can relate to. You can sign up for the revenue streams available as well through AdSense, Amazon, and Ebay. I keep my links for my business in my profile and occasionally write about the business. The decision is up to you entirely, but if you aren't hubbing it may be time to start. Here is my latest hub. http://hubpages.com/hub/Free-Haircuts-And-Nerdy-Glasses
Happy Hubbing!
