Self Talk for any purpose

Read More: Personal Development

What do you need to work on?  Addictions, unwanted habits, relationships, getting along with yourself?

Create a Self Talk for what you want to work on, and say it aloud many times a day. Do it consistantly, and watch the problem go away.  You can have many different Self Talks, spend your free time working on yourself, instead of feeding your head with the negativity of the media, or people you wouldn't care to spend a 3 day cruise with, much less 10 minutes!

You can record your own voice, and listen to yourself as you drift off to sleep, take a shower, drive to the grocery store.

It's powerful, but you need discipline to stay with your self talk!

Self Talk

Most of the "talking to myself" that I do, is about something else. I will give that a try.

Thanks :)

Self Talk

This definately works. It has gotten me thru some really tough times in my life. I was happy to see a post about that.
