Have you ever wondered why some people no matter what information
you give them still are not interested in your business and the next
person you don't have to tell them much at all and they are ready
to join you.
 
Well I have come to understand that YOU CAN NOT TELL THE RIGHT
PERSON THE WRONG THINGS AND YOU CAN NOT TELL THE WRONG PERSON
THE RIGHT THINGS. If you use the thinking when talking to someone
you will be more at ease and be yourself. People want to talk to
you they want to know about you. They want to be able to say if
he can do it I know I can do it. So be you and don't try to be a
walking book of information. Keep it short and to the point if
they want more information be able to point them in the right
direction. by doing this you have made it seem possible for them
to duplicate what you are doing. There for they believe they can
succeed in this business.

I hope this helps you in understanding that we are in a people
helping people business not a selling people business. I have
said many times nobody wants to be sold, we all like to buy but
we hate to be sold. So the next time you talk to some one on the
phone or in person try to listen twice as much as you talk. Ask
a question and let them answer before you up back in with another
question. You will find you get a lot farther in life if you do
this simple thing.

Just 2 Things...

...Yep!  People get into business with other people, not all the details. 

There are two simple questions people want answered:

1 Can I do this?

AND

2 Will you help me?

It's really that simple.

If you go much further than that with most people, you're probably shooting yourself in the foot.

Keep It Simple Sweetheart!

I used to talk so much, I always had to have the last word.  Not Good and definately NOT duplicatable.  The good ole' KISS theory has always been desirable for most.  I agree, it should be so simple that my 7th grader could "do the thing!"
