My name is Rosevelt Jefcoat. My hobbies are fishing, cooking, and music. The reason why I am sharing my hobbies with you is because I have been able to use them to generate a ton of traffic to my blogs and other websites. How did I do this you might ask? Well I simply became a part of a going trend called web 2.0. A little later I will explain what web 2.0 is. But for now let me just share a few thoughts with you. As a network marketer our main focus should be to show people our opportunity, right? Wrong. Our main focus should not be to market our products. But to market ourselves as a trusted and respected person and with social media we can accomplish this in record timing.

Social media allows a person to interact with people who shares the same interest as you thereby allowing you to develop a relationship with that person. You can than us this as an opportunity to introduce your opportunity or produce to the people that you come into contact with. Now I must say parenthetical that when a person says no to your opportunity, they might actually mean know. The good part about this is that they might know someone who might be in need of your product. Or might be interested in you opportunity. They are more likely to refer you because you developed a relationship with them and you did not pressure them in any way. Let me ask you a question. Would you trust your hard earned reputation with your friends and family to someone that you barely know? Through social media you can get to know people as well as them getting to know you. The most important piece to the network marketing puzzle is trust. We as network marketers are involved in an industry were lack of trust is our biggest obstacle. Our job is to raise that lack of trust from zero to ten. As the saying goes, people like to buy, but they don’t like to be sold. Also people will only buy from someone that you feel a connection to. When you buy a car or a house you subconsciously draw to someone that puts you at ease. This is our goal as network marketers to put our target audience at ease.
