Some Answers To Some More Common Questions
I dive in to a handful of common questions from some of our readers.
QUESTION: "Hello, How many systems can you sell before the market is over saturated. Is there a window of opportunity? Thanks Bruno."
Yes and no.
There isn't really such a thing as "saturation" in a market place within this industry because our real commodity here is PEOPLE.
We buy and sell people, whether they're customers or new distributors.
And people become prospects for this industry with the simple change of their mind.
A person who's happy in a great job today, may get fired or fed up with corporate America, becoming a new prospect for our industry tomorrow.
Our consumers, (people), come and go constantly every single day. New people in, old people out.
So it's impossible to truly reach any kind of real saturation in the market that would actually have a noticeable effect on your business.
Typically, this is an excuse people tell themselves when they don't succeed and they need a scapegoat or an excuse... "No wonder I didn't succeed, there's already too many people in this opportunity"... Which is complete B.S.
Bottom line is that you don't need to worry about it.
QUESTION: "Mike, I find your information very inspiring, I have read Magnetic Sponsoring twice and LOVED IT! I am actually involved with a MLM their products are very expensive.
The average Joe prefers to pay their bills rather than be healthy and do not have the business mentality. The rich are skeptical and have other options. I do not want to waste my time trying to educate. What do you advice I do? Thank you, Naomi"
Naomi, some of your observations can be accurate, but at the same time, I sense that you're fishing for an excuse of some kind. "products are expensive - average Joe prefers - rich are skeptical - etc..."
All of these things are YOUR PERSONAL PERCEPTIONS that you are projecting onto the world. That's the reality that you're living in and brining to the table.
The products are not expensive. They are just expensive TO YOU.
Get it?
People don't want to buy health products, they want to the BENEFITS those health products provide, and people are willing to pay ANYTHING to alleviate a health problem. Price has nothing to do with it.
This is a problem that doesn't really exist. It's just in your head. Go buy a copy of "Psycho-Cybernetics" at your local book store and it will flip on the light-switch for you.
QUESTION: "Mike I agree with what you say that if you are not reading a book on this subject you are most likely to fail, But, I also disagree as it is not always the willingness to succeed, but the inability to be able to purchase your book.
You see My wife is disabled and I am a caring pensioner. I just don't have the money spare for indulgencies as any money I have goes into caring for my wife. I like your courses and am still reading through your E-mail hoping to grab something that might help me without costing me.

This is the same issue as Naomi. A reality that brings excuses into account.

Yes, that's not the best position to be in, but it IS NOT a stone wall that cannot be knocked-down or climbed.
It's not that you can't succeed Rodney, it's that you'd just rather find reasons not to. Let's be honest... If you REALLY wanted a copy of Magnetic Sponsoring, you'd find a way to raise $37. It's not that you can't... It's that you just don't want to.
If you truly want to change your situation, you have to change the way you view IT, and yourself - creating a new reality in the process, because your current one will not yield the results you want.
I'm not going to sit here and provide sympathy for you or anyone else because that's not going to help you get the results that you're telling me you want to get.
You've gotta do what you've gotta do. Period. No obstacle to big, no challenge to daunting. Go for it.
My prescription: Go but a copy of "Psycho-Cybernetics" at your local book store for $12. Everything you need is already in you if you'll just believe it.
QUESTION: "Mike, I bought the book already and I advertised the links in traffic exchange I got only visitors but no signups. I suspect they go to directly to your site without my affiliate link, they take out the tracking codes. Mike what should I do?"
It has nothing to do with the site.
Traffic Exchanges suck. Period.
First, it's not targeted traffic. It's just people from the general population which will never bring you conversion rates high enough to justify your investment of time and/or money.
What's worse, that traffic is usually incentivized to surf to other sites so they can get more traffic to theirs, which results is a bunch of junk traffic and 0 sign-ups for ANYTHING.
You get what you pay for.
QUESTION: Hey Mike! I'm brand new in this business and excited about the opportunity! What is the biggest mistake, that newcomers make?
A few things...
1: Unreasonable expectations of what's required to see results. They generate 20 leads, don't get a customer and then quit. They had business opportunity cd's to 10 of their friends, get no interest, and quit.
2: They don't invest in themselves or leverage the years of experience and lessons learned by others such as myself which could be gained simply by buying a book like www.MagneticSponsoring.com or www.MLMTrafficFormula.com. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.
If they only knew that it's the ONLY WAY anyone ever achieves any kind of success... On the back's of those who came before them. That's how modern society has been built. But no... they'd rather save some pocket change and learn the hard way.
3: They don't stay focused or disciplined over time. It's said that it takes 1 to 3 years to learn a skill at a functional level, and at least 5 years to master it. Being a home based business entrepreneur is no different.

I believe you gave people the exact answers they needed. I know- because I was once an excuse maker myself! Our situations can sometimes make business building harder for us, but it is always possible. I am planning on picking up Psycho-Cybernetics and would like to recommend another book. It is called "The Secret" and it is by Rhonda Byrne. Your courses and this specific book have changed my life and I am now very focused on my business with big plans for the future.
Excuses become Reality

Great but for one little point
Mike, I love you dearly and love your honesty even more but "traffic exchanges = 0 sign-ups" I have to disagree. Mainly cos a lot of my MS sign ups have come from them. Not the most targeted at all and I doubt any of them are actually 'looking' at what they're surfing. But that's where your great capture pages come in. They capture those who aren't even looking!
I just found Magnetic Sponsoring on a Traffic Exchange!
Maybe I saw one of Susan's sites. ;D But I do think that most pages in traffic exchanges need to have high impact and a short message, although I responded to the book page. I had seen Magnetic Sponsoring before, but hadn't spent much time on the page. (Or I would have already joined!)

Some people tell you what you want to hear(which doesn't help one succeed) and others like you Mike tell us what we really need to do to succeed. I haven't even finished your Building on a Budget and I already have several great ideas to implement into building my business! There's really no fluff in your materials and anyone that actually implements what you are teaching will succeed.
