What Do I Say To My Leads Once I Have Captured Them?

You are probably reading this post because you want know how to qualify and close your leads.

Qualifying and closing your prospects is as easy as talking to friend. Questions must be asked in order for you to provide them with a solution. Think of yourself as a consultant in your business. You want to know as much as possible about your lead before you can help them.

There 4 phases you go through as you qualify and close your leads.

1. Introduction – the initial call to your lead; introducing yourself and your reason for calling.

2. Rapport – Gets you in the door

3. Fact Finding- Find out what lead the lead to your site.

4. Close- Walk your lead through the sign up process.

The 4 Phases to Qualify and Close your Lead in Action  

Introduction Phase

Hi, is ________ home? Hey ______ this is Daria. How are you? You stopped by my site today _________. Do you

remember doing that?

The introduction is very simple. It’s nothing laborious.

In the next phase you want to get into the door.

Rapport Phase

I am dialing a ____ area code, where are you located? How long have you been there? What do you do full time? Dept? How long?

Here is where you are establishing your rapport by your responses to their responses. Identify with them in some way. Maybe you know something in there line of work or you have you have you own personal experience.

Fact Finding Phase

You must love where you are currently working, your job is so rewarding. ( if not) It looks like you are looking to do something different. If they love what they do, now it’s a good time to ask, what is it that brought you to my site?

What company are you promoting? Are you currently in a MLM?

How long? After ________ months/ years you are looking for leads?

What is it that you’re currently doing now?

Well, why are you looking for something else? What about this that not working?

What is your ideal way to generate leads? How would you grow your biz?

Funny you should say that…

Pre Close

Give the solution to their problem (mlsp) that they mention. The cool thing is that my system does exactly ______________.

1. Learn skills to market online

2. Have the tools to brand yourself as a leader

3. Learn how to leverage you biz on the internet

Does that make sense?

Does this sound like something you would like to get plugged into?

How soon are you looking to get started?

Closing Question

Are you by your computer?

It’s time to lead. Tell your prospect exactly what to do.

1. Go to http://username.mlsp.com/intro (sale)

2. Scroll to bottom hit add to cart.

3. Create username. You will see Norbert on

the video to the right. Follow my lead. While your prospect is creating account there is a pause in the conversation.

Ask about their family. What does your wife do? Do you have any children?

Ask them to login and go through the upsale products. Highlight these you feel they should purchase. EX. No Excuses

4. Mention the tabs they will see. Tell them to click START HERE.

Tell them they will see  several steps to follow. Make sure you make clear not to skip any of the steps because it will only confuse them.

At this point you have successfully signed up your prospect by being a leader. Let the

any questions to call you after step 4. Check on them in a few days.

She stops dead in the middle of her sentence as if she got cut off leaving the prospect left with wanting to know what she was trying to say. When the prospect calls back you act like you didn’t know that you got cut off and start the 4 phases.
