How A Network Marketer Got The Government To Say, 'YES!'

Imagine, you came from another country as a kid, to USA or England.

Then things happen in your life and you wake up one day, to find everything, from passport, birth certificate and every Identification is burnt.

The news laws come in and you cannot even open a bank account without some heavy talk at the counter.

It gets better....

This young man, finds out he cannot travel out of the country because he just found out, all his brothers and sisters got British Citzenship - but he hasn't.

Long story but we'll keep it sweet and short.

This happened to me and hence, it was a difficult life and so for 23 years, I had to fight this battle of proving who I am to get the indefinite leave, which means, I can get my UK Citizenship.

23 years friends I held the goal in front of me.

Do you quit when you fail in your business or keep the prize ahead of you and find away?

:Let me share the challenges that it gave me:

- Without Identification you can't get a job.
- Without identification, you can't get a bank account.
- Without identification, you cannot even get a house.
- Without identification, you cannot get any government monies.
- You can't set up a home business.
- Without identification, passport, Birth Certificate, you are screwed.

Or so, that's what the majority would say to me.

But these gave me the peserverance, the creativity to find the way to achieve the job, the business, the bank account, the house without...what so many people said you need.

How?

Sales and Marketing.

I'm going to share the steps I took.

Every solicitor I had failed and they had all the fancy words and legal terms to help but nothing.

So I left it for a while, to run a home business and find a way myself.

Through the years of Network Marketing, Internet marketing, I found what we know as sales. Copywriting, the secret marketing weapon, using words and images.

It was then, that I had an idea and this time I'll hire a solicitor but with one different move.

I'm going to use copywriting and use it's techniques to approach the government like they are a customer, and it's business.

I'm going to handle their objections like a sales rep who runs a multi-million dollar business.

Forget a customer buying products. This is the government steeped with so many policies, new laws and leglisations.

Here's how it was achieved...

Step One - Knowing Your Customer
I began to research about government, the Home Office and went through papers after papers on all the objections they might come out with.

I wrote these objections down.

Step Two - Knowing the Customer's Needs and Fears
The government loves passing the buck and you see it all the time, how they will always blame someone else for messing up. They feared getting blamed for immigration.

With all the terroism act today, they wanted to make sure, no one gets in without a clean check out. Everything, every date, move must be accounted for.

I wrote down these fears.

Their needs?

MONEY! They want to tax every person they can, make money as much as possible from wherever they can. I see the government as the biggest scam of the century.

Step Three - Creating the Customer Avatar
I started to track my every step, from coming to this country to right this very day. Collecting records.

By the time I've finished, I had records about me from every agency you can imagine and believe me, they know a lot about you than you think.

I then set about creating a profile on the Home Officer, and pasted a photograph as well on it. And wrote down all I've collected about them.

• Who they are.
• What they do
• What their needs are
• What their fears are
• And all the objections they got

Customer avatar is now set.

Step Four - Creating The Strategy and Sales Copy
My strategy was simple. It was a funnel and each part lead the Home Office from one objection to another, and each one is answered clearly, with dates, times and all they needed.

I'd give these to the solicitor and to not change a darn thing but send it with official seal, to state...

"I am using a solicitor (lawyer) so watch it because everything is now recorded."

On top of this I added my own sales copy which revealed the benefits too, on why they better given me indefinite leave in UK as I have been here since I was a kid. And they messed up for leaving me out of the loop.

Step Five - Split Test and Measure...
To make sure what I did and wrote and gathered, were not assumptions, I did a test.

A friend of mine was having similar problems with Home Office. Since I already done the work and knew how to do it 10 times faster, I did the work for him and got paid £2,000 for 2 hours work.

Plus, if I go to court with him and win, I'll get another £1,000 on top.

So here I was, a Network Marketer, sitting in front of the Supreme Judge and I'm not even a darn lawyer. He let me represent my friend.

The home work was done each objection was already handled so all I was waiting for was an answer for my friend and on how the Home Office treated him badly.

"Mr Adam?"
"Yes Judge."
"It seems the Home Office has not shown up and you have put a thorough case. His family can come to the UK. I'm giving the go ahead and Home Office MUST comply."

So test was successful. I got not just £1,000 bonus but the man was so happy, his family, relatives, friends all put in money and gave me on totaln £3,000 bionus check.

And I'm not even a lawyer and I didn't even ask for the bonus.

Step Five - Attracting  Leads and Making the Sale
This experiende helped me to go back to my own files and tweak and refine. To handle just five more objections that came up in court but answered rock solid.

Created a story that wiould captivate even the most toughest immigration officers who will look at my file to read.

Then I gave it my lawyer (solicitor).

This lawyer was awesome and outstanding. He kept his promise and even took the time to visit my home. He also solved one of the toughest case and I applaud this man. PM if ever you need a good solicitor (lawyer) in UK for immigration purpose. I'm going to tell everyone about this man because he truly did great work.

You cannot lose with this man.

Anyway, he sent it all off to the Home Office.

Weeks later, the home office branch of the government contacted us. So the lead now was attracted. We also gave them money. They LOVE money. If we didn't, it would have took another 3-4 years.

Their reply took 6 months without any objections, and said, "Yes. Adam Taha has now idenfinite leave to live and stay in UK!'

Which means, British Citizenship is easy.

This is how you get the government to say yes.

You see, sales, copywriting doesn't just work in business. It works in real life and if a Networker is struggling with communication, networking, getting results in in real life, then guess what?

They will certainly struggle in their home business industry.

Sales is part of our life. Copywriting is part of our life. Wherever we go we see sales and then I got people talking about..

'Oh, it's not selling.'
'The more no's you get, the more yes you get.'
'It's a number game.'
'If the product is good, it will sell itself.'

Please, stop saying this to distributors because you are setting them up for failure. They must learn sales techniques.

They must know how to disarm objections from the beginning.

Being positive isn't enough. Training in sales skills and marketing in needed. It will enrich people in all spheres of life.
