Subject Line: Hey Tom, I just Left you a Message…
Body: This should Cover what you left in the voice mail.
 
This Simple Method Will increase you follow up result. It is multi media follow up…
 
So it would go something like this…

This is a real simple process, just make you a template in word or notepad of the email and insert the new name each time.
 
Now it is a Little different If someone answers but you still send them a email.
 
Subject: Tom, I enjoyed our Conversation today
The Body:
It will be geared around the conversation you had with your prospect. Just keep it simple and put your contact info into the email.
