How To Use Social Media To Recruit For Your Network Marketing Business

A clear plan or blueprint that is going to enable you to make real connections and build a team?
If not, it is time you considered putting one in place.
Your Social Media Recruiting Blueprint
As a network marketer you're in the people business, so in order to build a successful business you need to talk to plenty of people daily.

The internet gives you the opportunity to connect with people 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you use video marketing your videos are out there working like soldiers while you sleep, same goes for articles and blog posts or any other social network that you are able to automate and share your content with your target audience.
Step one - create new connections everyday that will produce conversations. Focus on making 5 new connections a day on each of the following social networks
Write out your daily actions such as follow up with new leads, commenting on blog posts, interacting in groups and forums etc. and be accountable. This can simply be a sheet of paper with your list of 'to do's' that you check off everyday.

When you are reaching out to people that shows that you're taking ACTION.
To be effective you want to engage people in a conversation so that they do something and respond. You want your conversation to either inform or impact your prospect, boring conversations will make you invisible. If you are using MLSP you could share free training or invite them to a weekly webinar. Ask open ended questions and share a little information about yourself to pique interest.
If you are new to marketing online and have never generated a lead or you have been trying with very little success, you could aim for 1-2 leads per day and track your results. Set yourself a goal to generate 10 leads per week. Once you have achieved this and are able to sustain this amount consistently you can increase your daily or weekly target.
To be success with this strategy it is necessary to be forward focused. You want to enlarge and add increase to the person you are interacting with. You must being adding value before you can present them with your opportunity.

Step two : Conversation
Look for clues on their profile, what do they post on their wall are they interested in success, leadership, income, wealth? If so it could mean that this person wants to do more in life, they are ambitious! Check the photos on their wall and comments, this will give you a clue as to who they are. Are they forward focused or backward? What do their pictures tell you life is going to be like, are they focused on their dreams or drama? Are their videos fun with valuable content? Are they happy, are they enjoying life?
Once you have built up a rapport and you have been able to identify what they need, you could mentioned something like:
"your skill set is great, how about getting paid what your worth" or
"just curious are you open at all to additional income" or
"If their was one thing you could change in your life what would it be?"
At this stage they are open to what you have to offer and will be willing to listen to what you have to say. When people start moving towards you they become recruitable.
Bearing in mind that social media is a conversation - you want to be able to elevate peoples hopes, their thinking, their vision in life by showing them bigger and higher things.
Step three Transition
Be prepared to share new ideas with the people you are connecting with, present them with little known information as solutions, you have access to the best industry training through MLSP . Your mantra should be 'I Market Solutions To Peoples Needs.' If you have not yet joined MLSP you can share articles that you've read or perhaps a video that you have seen that you got some value from, anything that can help assist to help them to achieve their goal or dream. Something as simple as retweeting a message or spotlighting their video or blog post. Now that you have built trust you have influence. Trust is the bridge you build to walk them over to your world and your ideas but first you must have authority, and have relevance to their conversation and where they are in life.
Now you offer YOUR solution.
This could be in the form of a webinar or video presentation.
This simple three step process Connection, Conversation, Transition gives you a framework to use social media as a recruiting tool for your network marketing business.
