I Have Decided To Start A Part Time Home Based Business... What Next?

Remember it is a PART TIME business not a full time business. Don't do what I did and turn it into a SPARE TIME business. You have started a business not a HOBBY, so you will need to work it as a business. Set aside specific days and hours when you will do nothing but work the business. Make up a business plan for a part time business. Set realistic, achievable goals for that business. If you make a goal to make $5000 a month in the next 3 months, is that achievable? Probably not but $500 a month is. Don't set yourself up for failure. 

If it is part time then you probably have a full time job, a family, so BALANCE is a priority. Your spouse is more than likely going to become an internet widow or widower, talk with them, set up dreams together. Make sure to set aside time for your spouse and family. If you are using a traffic exchange for advertising, talk to the kids if they are old enough and ask them to help do the surfing with you. Make it profitable for them such as an allowance increase if they do 200 clicks per day. Set up a contest for them with the winner receiving something special at the end of the week.

Be sure to discuss finances with your spouse to include what the autoship will cost, what advertising will cost. I personally did none of these things and received nothing but negativity from my wife. She wanted nothing to do with the business, continued to tell me that Network Marketing was a scam which eventually wore me down enough to where I was working the business in spurts and almost destroyed the business. She is with me today and constantly reminds me I have to call our prospects. Don't do what I did, do what I didn't do.
