It's not about you.
It's all about THEM!

Listen, people join people.
They don't join companies.
People really don't care about the founder of your company. (YAWN)
They don't care about how many kids he has or what kind of dog he has. (double Yawn)
When you BUILD people.....people will build your business.

When you build PEOPLE.....your retention rate will shoot to the moon!
