    One of the most important facets of doing business is teaching & training others to do the same thing.  The ability to duplicate yourself allows for  the benefit of expotential income.  The challenge herein lies how we approach each newbie when introducing them to our business.  Let's remember the newbie is filled with excitement, energy, enthusiasm, and fear.  When starting out, enthusiasm and excitement are at the top, but soon get replaced by fear and failure.  Too many things to learn at the start begin to overshadow a newbie's ability to achieve success.  Soon lack of continued success is replaced by fear & failure.

   All of these emotions can handled without much difficulty if you teach the newbie K.I.S.S.  Keep It Simple Stupid is really nothing more than an entry level 101 course of business principles.  Training your newbie to a level where their comprehension gets it, will allow them some immediate success.  As this success becomes more attainable, they will be able to show others how to train (duplicate) also. 

   Far too often many network marketing training courses fail to implement this concept in their training programs.  What do you do if someone isn't very proficient with computer skills?  Can any network marketing trainers reading this take the time to train someone in computers first before training them in network marketing skills? 

   The point I'm trying to make is that each new person learns at a different pace.  One training technique method does not fit all.  Just remember to keep it as simple as possible when working with your new business partner.    Their success is your success.
