When it comes to Network Marketing Recruiting, discovering your true target market involves more than simply getting through the numbers. Discovering the secrets to successfully recruiting your real target market, will assist you breaking the barrier between failure and success in your Network Marketing business.

Discovering your true target market in Network Marketing can be a little tricky…especially if you are still using traditional Network Marketing recruiting methods. Old school Network Marketing recruiting standards do not have any real criteria. Traditional network marketers are haphazardly recruiting anybody who shows little, or even no interest in their MLM business opportunity. This type of network marketing recruiting is disastrous and ineffective. It involves getting through the numbers, one of the biggest lies of network marketing recruiting.

Who should you really recruit for your network marketing business opportunity?

Recruiting for your Network Marketing business should involve seeking out qualified people. It should be no different than recruiting for a position in any other type of business. Let me give you an example.

Let’s assume I wanted to create a professional soccer team. Would I recruit people at the mall, the supermarket or at Starbucks? Would I ask the mailman to join my professional soccer team? Would I approach virtual strangers in an attempt to recruit them to play on my soccer team?

If my head is on straight and if I’m thinking clearly…most certainly not.

I would recruit just like professional soccer recruiters do. They target soccer athletes at Colleges and Universities…where they are certain to find an experienced member with the right qualifications for their professional soccer team.

Recruiting for your network marketing team should be no different. Your network marketing recruiting target market should include other network marketers. Network marketers have the experience and qualifications you are looking for in your MLM business. They have already taken the initial step by vesting themselves in a career in network marketing. They have the same needs, wants and desire to succeed in network marketing that you have.

Reaching out and prospecting a cold or “non- targeted” market of unqualified and potentially uninterested people, is ineffective and will almost certainly guarantee a 99.99% failure rate in your network marketing business.

Prospecting qualified network marketers,as well as prospecting leaders, will end any frustration and rejection, and assure you a profitable and successful network marketing career.

Learning a few simple and effective network marketing prospecting techniques, will undoubtedly assist you in attaining the success and financial freedom your career as a network marketer was intended to be.

Drill down further

Hi Anne,
I couldn't agree with you more. Helping people find their target market and niche is my passion.

I agree that targeting network marketers is a good idea. I would add that it is valuable to drill down even further and target a niche within the network marketing arena. Maybe you want to target network marketers who are stay at home moms or boomers or retired people. Or maybe your niche is network marketers who are passionate about health and wellness or travel.

Drilling down further allows you to be more targeted and laser focused in your marketing, choose more powerful keywords, and really connect with your target market.

best wishes,
Cindy
