Are You Building A Successful Downline?

The prejudgment concept is a controversial subject in the Regular Network Marketing Scenario.  According to many networkers, when you are building your downline you shouldn’t prejudge anyone that looks interested in being part of your team.  Actually, I remember quite well how my upline used to talk about this when I joined my first MLM Venture some years ago: “Cesar don’t prejudge.  The more people you tell about your business, the more people will join.  Just don’t prejudge.”  Have you heard something like that before?

Sadly, statistics in the Network Marketing Model are against new Networkers:  Experts claim that 97% of Networkers FAIL and NEVER build an organization bigger than 1 or 2 levels in their downlines.  Feel related? I know I felt that way some while ago.  In my first MLM venture I recruited the grand total of .... ZERO. Nada.  How's that possible? Well, while I consider my first Network Marketing (or MLM) venture a failure, I learned a lot of it.  The most important lesson is: This is Business, not charity.  Keep reading.

I know how controversial this subject is and the purpose of this article is not to go against the popular belief .. so, I want to illustrate my point: Let’s pretend for a moment that you are Donald Trump.  If you’ve seen him in TV or in the Internet you will agree with me on this: He is a very successful Entrepeneur.  (Yeah I know, duh)  The question here is: Why is he so successful?  There are many reasons for that.  But just lets analyze one: He only works with the best.  Or as my mentor Mr. Harkon Ajala says: “Only the cream of the crop.  Only the winners.” (btw, Thank You Harkon)

So, guess what? IF (and only if) you want to build a successful organization in your Network Marketing Business you should do the same my friend.  You need to use your natural instinct (and prejudge) in order to select the right members for your Business team.  I do feel incredibly good when I help someone with a problem.  The thing is that I only focus on those who want to get help.  Your responsability is to select the right kind of team members that are committed with themselves to become successful Information Age Entrepeneurs. 

Bottom line? Prejudge.  Go build an All Star Team and enjoy the lifestyle of your dreams thanks to your own efforts and the efforts of your team members.  Life can be beautiful when you earn a 6 or 7 Figure Residual Income.  I know I will enjoy it.
