The four personality types I’m referring to here are:- Sanguine (Blue), Choleric (Red), Melancholy (Green) and Phlegmatic (yellow). Studying these personality types, knowing who you are and knowing what color your team member or prospect is can help you no end understand how to connect with them and not drive them away.

So for example if you talk to a yellow about money they will think you are cold and hard, be polite and will not want to speak to you. Whereas a red personality type that is all they want to talk about is the money!
