Got the Summer Time Recruiting Blues?

Many people this time of year get into a mode of operation where nothing really happens positively for their business.

I call it "Creative Avoidance".

Do you know anyone like that?

You know you should be talking to more people about your business and products but, having to go to the malls and create 'fake' conversations (because you have already talked to all your family and friends) just to make a contact and have a potential prospect is NOT fun.

On the other hand, buying the latest greatest online marketing course, spending hundreds of dollars then attempting to implement what the latest guru is proclaiming to be the easiest and fool proof method to build a milion dollar empire, just sounds a little too good to be true. Do you really want to do all that studying?  Ugg!

What do you do?

You find yourself lost and confused with no prospects to speak of let alone enough money to pay for the gas and the meals that you been buying as you prospect locally or to pay for that online marketing course you just bought.

So what do you do?

You get real with yourself.

You ask yourself, "Am I really committed to building this business to a serious income?"

Then if the answer is "No". Stop wasting your time and money.  Maybe you are better off with a job. That's OK if you are happy with that.

Or perhaps the answer is "Hell ya, I want to build this fringgin' business!"  Maybe it is time you stopped your creative avoidance and stopped putting a negative spin on the "work" it takes to build this business in the summer.

There are 7 Step to Kill Creative Avoidance that can and will get you back on track if you follow them. They work.

The reality is you get to decide wether you want to be in this profession. It pays more than most to those who give, share and lead others.

Just get back to the basics, both online marketing and offline marketing work IF you will.

My question to you my friend is, "Are you happy with the lifestyle that you have created or do you want more?  What price are you willing to pay for Freedom?"
