Master The Four Color Personalties Or Else You Are A Thing Of The Past

Without knowing the four color personalities you are doomed to failure. There are four personalities.

There is the blue personality. The blue personality is the one who likes to have fun. He likes to go on the zipline, he likes to promote, likes to dance and is the life of the party.

When you are with a blue do not be boring. For instance when you show him the business presentation. Do not go into all the details because he will be looking for the exit sign and once you are done speaking he will run and you will never hear from him. With the blue you have to get him focused by telling him about fun, fun, fun. This business will make it easier for you to have more time to take your kids out to the ball game so that you can cheer and route for the home team. When you are telling him the compensation plan tell him about how many people he needs to have for the money he wants and the rest he will figure out himself along the way.

There is the red personality. The red personality is a person who is all about the money. He buys designer name clothes, like Tommy Hilfiger, Bum Equipment and he drives the Mercedes and Jaguar cars. The expensive ones. He drives his people away by telling them that network marketing is a sales business which it is not. Network Marketing Is A Teaching And A Mentoring Business. 90% of the population is sales resistant and can not stand pushy people and nor can half of the 10% of the sales people tolerate it either. They need to learn the four color personalities because if they do not everybody is going to want to run, run, run.

The reason you want to have the reds in the business is because they have connections to key people. Like the mayor, governor, president of the bank and CEO of a corporation and you want them to connect you with them. But do not expect them to follow up. You are the one who needs to do that. Without them knowing the four color personalities they will just recruit, recruit and recruit.

Next is the yellow personality. The yellow personality is the most coachable color out of the four and have built the most largest organizations because their biggest strengths are relationships. If a yellow personality gets married they want to be told the word "I love you." If you tell them that a total of four times a day you will make their day feeling like sunshine. The yellow personality is always wanting to help the people out. When a meeting or a party is happening they are going to be the ones who bring the cookies, they will cook for the people and they are the ones that buy presents for their friends. By the time they reach age 45 they will be saying "When Is It Going To Be My Turn?"  They can not stand people who are telling them things that are fake and they can not stand someone who controlls them. Lets say a yellow is married to a red personality. She can not stand her husband showing off with his fancy car. And the husband forces her to drive it wherever they go to lets say the PTA meeting. She feels sorry that she got the car in the first place and wishes that they donated the food to the homeless and to the animal shelter.

The green people are the ones who make decisions very slowly and fall into paralysis analysis. If you try and contact them if they have any questions they will see it as being pushy. They want information, information and many times they have been the ones where others thought that they were the person to get rid of. It is a big mistake. Once they made that decision their in action and they never quit. Unlike the blue where he gets scattered. He starts jumping around. The green personality when he is married to a yellow it can be tension. Because if she is not told that by her husband that he loves her, he had hurt her feelings and she leaves her. When a green gets questioned as to when was the last time he said that he loved his wife was when they both got married. The solution is for them to tell them that four times.
