Network Marketing Success Tip - How to Recruit People Without Annoying Them
We've all had bad experiences with people in the network marketing industry. How many times have you met someone and they immediately start pitching their business to you? I know I've had that experience one time too many. But really, it's not that person's fault that they've decided to throw their business right in your face.
The problem is that they've gotten the wrong advice from their upline leaders and are just overly excited about their w business. Most people are told to talk to everyone they meet and know about their business, with no regard to respecting other people's rights or their decisions.
So, how do you recruit people without annoying them? It's a simple process, but too many choose not to follow it and then are completely disappointed with their results. They get rejected a lot and annoy their friends and family, plus basically act like a stalker to anyone that actually has listened to their "pitch".
Here's some steps to follow that will allow you to recruit people into your network marketing business without annoying them.
Don't "pitch" your business
I say not to pitch your business because that term is associated with high pressure selling. Nobody likes to be sold. People love to buy, but they can't stand when they feel like someone has "sold" them something. And the most successful network marketers aren't great sales people. They don't pitch the business, they present the business. And that's exactly what you need to do.
Be casual with your presentation
Part of not pitching your business is in the way that you present it to people. Remember, you're not a salesperson. You're an inviter. Ask people a simple question like, "Do you keep your options open for making some extra money on the side?" or "Would you be interested in a side project that wouldn't interfere with what you're currently doing?" Those questions are much easier for people to say yes to than you telling them all about how you're going to make a bazillion dollars with this new business and that this is a ground floor opportunity and they need to get in right now! I think I just annoyed myself with that pitch!
Don't be dependent on an outcome
Don't be so hung up on people telling you "no". Most people will. It's your job to just invite them to look at your business. Once they do, let the tools and systems your company and team have in place bring them in. If they don't want to take a look, no big deal. Move on to the next person on your list or the next person you make contact with. Your life will be much less stressful if you can master this one concept.
Your whole goal in network marketing is not to annoy anyone. If you do, you're much less likely to be successful and you'll soon be back to the same old daily grind, frustrated that you didn't have any success.
One of the best ways that you can invite people to look at your business is by using the power of the internet. Too many people overlook the internet as a way to generate more leads without annoying people. If someone sees your business on the internet, they were probably looking for some information anyway and will be more than happy to take a look at your business.
But, there's a right and wrong way to generate mlm network marketing leads on the internet, and I'd like to invite you to get access to the #1 system on the internet to generate more leads and recruit more people into your business, all while creating a secondary income. Get access to this system at http://www.MLMPowerLeadsNow.com

Good Points
Hi Paul,
Very informative article. I think the best scenario is to be able to have the prospect tell you that they are looking to make extra money, or are having difficulty making ends meet etc. Tough to do, but asking the right questions will allow them to open up and tell you.

Vince
