Post Traumatic MLM Recruiting ?
Post Traumatic MLM Recruiting ?
Post traumatic mlm recruiting is dealing with potential agents who have been tainted in some way shape or form. Being in this business I am sure most of us have come across badly managed network marketing companies and horrible up line sponsors. This added with the network marketing industry being perceived by some as an elaborate pyramid scheme has traumatized the public and our potential enrollees.
How do we combat this trauma?
The answer is two fold because we are actually fighting two foes. We first have to build re pore. In the modern computer age we have forgotten that people buy from people. Network Marketing is a relationship and personal development business. we build a relationship to not only reinforce ourselves as leaders and authorities but to also reinforce the value of good leadership. Don’t bash the bad leaders they might have come across in the past move forward to the second part of combating the trauma, personal development.
We must re-educate the potential agent to the realities of business ( this is a business your are asking them to launch with your help) and expand their personal outlook. The correlation between bad business and network marketing has to be shifted and redrawn. So called regular jobs have bad managers and go bankrupt. People tend to put more dreams and aspirations into network marketing ventures (because most are sold big money get rich quick ideas) than they do into 9 to 5′s. Part of developing the agent is managing their expectations.
Part of combating Post Traumatic MLM fear is before you even invest any of the above energy. While building re pore we have to qualify the person to be our agent. That is the most important part of the building re pore stage.
How do you get through to potential agents?
