Prospects will RUN behind you...........with their Credit Cards in their hand....   This can be the power of Good Prospecting techniques..

Prospecting is an area where I have seen lot of Networkers find it challenging but once you Master this Art you can  become THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY..Lot of Networkers make the basic mistakes while they are prospecting people face to face or over the phone or on the Internet and then the prospects avoid them or they donot turn up for the Business Presentation.

I will be sharing few tips with you which will Help you to Prospect people with  ease .. and the Prospects will RUN behind you...........with their Credit Cards in their hand....   and eventually they will swap the Credit Card and join your Business opportunity...

  1. Make it Short & Sweet... Lot of Networkers mess it up in their initial discussion...they share lot of information or Unnecessary Information to their prospects.......and loose them in the first Go...Try not to share the company name, product range or Investment in the first go..For Example if they ask you "What is the Investment?" Tell them it is just one hour of your valuable time...
  2. No one is Interested in Your opportunity...Everyone want Solution to their Problems...Always remember this what people are looking for is the solution to their problems... no one is Interested in your opportunity or your Products...even if you have the Best One....so become a Bridge to solve their problems in hand... so it is important to find out the HOT BUTTON of the prospects.... so it becomes easy to solve the problem. For Example, some people may be looking for Extra Income every month every month some may be looking to make more friends or even some might be looking for Helping Others.. If you can find this HOT BUTTON it becomes easy to solve their problem.
  3. Never become an Hunter, be Hunted...Convert yourself from an Hunter to being Hunted by using latest trend in the Industry..
  4. Raise the Curiosity level but don't Resolve: One of my strength of building my Business was this... Raise the curiosity level of the prospect without solving it.
  5. Qualify the Prospects..Always remember this Industry is for 3%  people who are willing to move to the Right hand side of the Quadrant.. So Qualify the Prospects whether they are ready for the Change or not....
  6. Maintain your POSTURE, Never be Desparate..Always maintain your POSTURE as doing are doing an HELP to the prospect by giving an opportunity to change their live and not th other way round...

If you can comply by these rules you can do Prospecting better than any one else and you will fly in MLM...AND Prospects will RUN behind you...........with their Credit Cards in their hand....

Prospects will run behind you...with credit card in hand

Very good words of wisdom. Well said. It took me a lot of trial & error to learn this. I just wish someone showed me this years ago. But now I have it to show others in my organization.

I think to add to this list is to make your presentation and system as simple as possible and stick with the simplicity of it all.

THIS will change the way you do business

1. Make people apply to join your business. The possibility of being denied boosts their subconscious desire to be "among the chosen".
2. Charge a fee to file this application. This is the quickest way to weed out the tire-kickers. 9 of 10 people you sponsor will not produce a darn thing, so make them qualify themselves for your time.
3. Do not hesitate to tell people "no". You're in this business to work only with those who add value, because that's what you're doing for them. It has to be a two-way street, so let the needy people go. Don't waste their time, or yours.

Play to win, but focus on win-win outcomes. ;)

Probably that's why I can't get downline

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your good tips. I think I have read some of the tips before, but I have yet tried to apply it.

I got 100 prospect, but I only get 1 downline.

My upline told me to always do follow up, sending emails.

But I found out most of them does not even read my emails. Maybe the first time approached I already failed. Because in the first meeting, I did not do that KISS - Keep It Simple & 'Sweet'. I tend to give every info. I thought people just like me.

Just a question. How do I make it seems "sweet" to my prospect ?

kudin . — Sat, 09/12/2009 - 2:36am

Hi Kudin

Thanks for reading the Article.
The power of your Invitation remains on how much info. you share with the prospect in the initial stage of discussion. "Sweetness" remains in your approach. Its better if you cut it short, just put across the vital points without sharing the company name, investment part, product etc etc.
One of the ways you can follow- I have started something exciting on my own, putting together a huge Business project. But I cannot do it myself alone. that's why looking for few key partners to support me. Your name came in my mind. Let's catch up where I can share the details with you.

Not Like Me But Right On!

The hardest thing for me remember is I am not at all like most people. I want it all layed out, black and white, just the straight skinny, what's the benefit, what's the cost, etc. But...I'm learning that's not the way "most" people are.

Great article, you're right on!
