Transcript For How To Attract New Prospects, Convert Into Paying Customers And..Raving Fans...

Hi, this is Adam Taha and I'll be talking to Bushra who is a customer. Now it's a great way of hearing exactly the stages from someone who doesn't know you at all, and see your content, and they follow you, and follow the system. You know, they opt in and they become a prospect, to later along a customer, to a raving fan.

And even your business partner, and also someone that you mentor, and help and guide.

But let's now, without further a due - let me introduce to you Bushrah from Leeds, UK.

And you've got the transcript there as well. Because she hasn't got a microphone, so I had to pick up the phone, telphone her, and put the telephone near to the mic.

There might be some noise, so I've typed this out.

Let's get started with this interview. It's going to be great.

INTERVIEW STARTS....

Adam Taha: Hi Bushrah, how are you doing?

Bushra: I'm fine. How are you doing?

Adam Taha: I'm doing great. I'm doing great. Are you ready for the interview then,  yes?

Bushra: I'm ready.

Adam Taha: Ok, brillaint. One of the questions I've got for you Bushra is, hear you've stepped up and opened a twitter account.

Bushra: Yes, I've done that. Yeah.

Adam Taha: How does it feel knowing how to use that type of tool and not just blasting, you know, links away. You're actually communicating with the people?

Bushra: It feels really good because I'm getting really good information from all other people in Osubjects that I want to know. Like say, there's mothers on there that I want to know what they're doing and how they're developing their business skills. And I could learn from them because I will want to be one of them myself oneday.

And it's nice to know what mother's have been through because I'm writing a book or mothers, it's nice to have the hands on experience. And hands on knowledge about it.

Adam Taha: And what type of feed back have you got, you know, from using Twitter?

Bushra: Yeah, I built quiet a few relationships through other people. Because I'm writing a book for mothers, I've connected with mothers and they've given me information on - what was the ups and downs.

How they developed throughout pregnancies and stuff like that. It is nice to develop relationships. It was hard in the begining. I had to give like value back to them.

Adam Taha: Actually, it be good to talk more about your background before we go really deep, you know, on issues what we will be discussing.

Where are you orginally from?

Bushra:
I'm originally from leeds, born and bred. I've been living here for nearly 10 years. I really, really enjoy leeds. It's really nice. I live with a family. I got three young brothers and an older sister. And my mum and dad.

Adam Taha: Are you studying or working?

Bushra: I'm working. I work with children in a Private Day Nursery.

Adam Taha: Ok and is that something you always wanted to do?

Bushra: Yeah, I always, always, from a young age, always wanted to work with children. I really, really do enjoy it. It's just that happiness at the end of the day.

Adam Taha: What's your dream?

Bushra: My dream is to have my own nursery and have my own business. Because I love working with children, I really do what to be at the forefront, opening my own nursery, being there for children. And because I work in so many places, in different nurseries, they offered so much.

But I do want to be it different for children.

Adam Taha: That's great. So you really, you know, you really want to have your own business. Yes?

Bushra: I do, yeah.

Adam Taha: Ok, you know, before we met online, did you know anything about, you know, marketing online, capture pages, that you need to move traffic to a website. You know these kind of things?

Bushra: To be honest, I really didn't know anything about marketing. I didn't know it even existed. Then I found out that you know, that there is marketing online, there is capture pages, things you have to do and how to move traffic to a website.

Adam Taha:
What about all the skills your learning now and from email articles you're receiving - did you know how to use them or had any idea how powerful these tools are when you appled them right away?

Bushra: The thing is, I did not know how these were developing, you know, like twitter, plugins, and like through the emails I've recieve. I didn't know how to use any of the information.

But because it was applied in the right way and because it was produced in the way right, like through emails - it wasn't just, 'here's a link, go on and do this.' I was given valuable information. I knew what to do and it was nice to have somebody there to go back and say, hey, I don't understand.

Adam Taha: I know you said you clicked on a signature link but what happened in the beginning.

Bushra: In the begining, it was on a forum that I joined. I was on there for quiet a while. Obviously I went on what to what these posts were and what you left on the internet.

It was really good information because Adam was writing a book called Identity at the time. I read the book and then Adam introduced me to online marketing, and how easy it is.

Cause it is, really easy. Erm, after that I recieved an email from yourself - every week or so. That's was followed by valuable information. How I can find out new things on online marketing, how to set up capture pages, how to use plugins, how to use the information that I recieve through the emails.

Adam Taha: So you saw the content and you got engaged, and through the process you bought the book. But how did you get from the forum to later recieving emails and then video tutorials, and even purchasing the book? How did that happen?

Bushra: Obviously, I was really, really interested in the book identity you was writing because I could relate to it and because you opened the floor to everybody, to say, 'hey, I really want to do this to everybody else.'

You didn't say 'here's the book.' We all got engaged and we all got involved. Most of us read the chapers. I clicked on your link on one of your signatures and it came to one of your websites.

I had to join by filling in my email address and click on a link, saying, 'Hey I want to join.' As soon after that I recieved an email, saying thank you, thank you for joining. A couple of weeks after that I recieved emails everyday about...

  • How to set up capture pages.
  • How to do information sharing by the website.
  • How to write ebooks

It's not...it's not hard. It really isn't. You could do stuff say in hours instead of sitting on the internet writing books for ages and ages. I did feel I'm part of this. I'm really proud of what I've done.

Adam Taha: You had a question about - how to put your book together and how to get the content.

Bushra: I didn't know what I wanted to do, to be honest. I'm writing a book for parents and mothers. But I didn't know how to provide the information to them becaise I thought, 'should I put it in a book or should I keep the information in a blog.'

Yourself, said to do an ebook, which has interviews with nurses, which is a really good idea because nurses are at the forefront with mothers. Helping them through pregnancies and through parenthood.

And type it onto the computer and then provide them an ebook, which I found really, really is. And that is what I'm going to be doing. Because it's a really good idea to record interviews and type them up.

It's really good information sharing and a good idea to do anything else as well.

Adam Taha: Because...because that way you see, you don't have to be an expert. Because you've got people there who are already, you can just sit down with them. You can even sit down with the mother who has brought up, had a kid, brought up a child and interview her. Isn't it?

Bushra: It is. And then just type what you need and what you don't need. So it is easy, yeah.

Adam Taha: When you first started, did you have people cheering you on and celebrating and saying, 'yes, you can do this book. Go ahead. Or did you have any challenges?

Bushra: The thing was, when I first started writing my book, I didn't get any support at all. It was just like, 'Oh no, you can't do that,' It was full of can'ts and don'ts and no you can't but I went ahead and I really want to do my dream.

I'm still doing it now and still people think.. 'You're not going to be able to make it to the top but I am going to. I believe in myself and that's the biggest thing. If you believe in your first, you know you can do something.

It's obviously about staying in focused. Accountability to get things done. And I have immediate help when I need it. I can email yourself and straight away, if I need any help, I can ring you when I need the help.

And I know you'll reply as soon as you can. It is nice to have some help on board a well, yeah.

Adam Taha: What help do you need right now?

Bushra: I need help with the setting up capture pages, how to move traffic from...how to move traffic from my blog, my website.

Adam Taha: Do you know like the process at the moment

Bushra: Thinking about, because I've seen the video tutorials that you've done and it's on Youtube...

Adam Taha: Ok..

Bushra: Seeing that, it is nice to have that information, it is easy but I will need step by step instructions..

Adam Taha: Ok...

Bushrah: ...To how to do it because I haven't done it myself before. I will need the help.

Adam Taha: If you reflect back on how you became a customer, with me for example.

Yeah?

Bushra: Yeah..

Adam Taha: You'll see the full process.

Bushra: It's like, how will I be able to do that..

Adam Taha: Putting it together, yeah?

Bushra: Yeah, put it together, yeah.

Adam Taha: If I put a course together to help you, showing you step by step. One, to market your book. Yeah?

Bushrah: Yes..

Adam Taha: And then the system part as well and how to build it. And then how to generate traffic. Leading you to getting the result you want. Yeah?

Bushrah: Yeah.

Adam Taha:
Obviously, you follow the course and its - success is really becomes up to you. It's about you putting the effort in.

Bushra:
The effort into it, yeah.

Adam Taha: Ok. I always say that to people. I always say - look, I can't promise you success because end of the day, I don't know you. But I can give you the steps that I've took and the video tutorials, and follow them through and apply them. ok.

Bushra: Yeah.

Adam Taha: If I put that together, will it help you?

Bushra: That would help me a lot because I really, because I'm hungry for success, because I really, really want this. And further, it will help me a great deal and I know I will apply in the right way..

Adam Taha:
Sometimes Bushra, what I do is, when I am creating a course - I sometimes have like a membership fee. I give a 14 day trial for the person to use it. You know, for them to see the benefit, the value that they've got. Ok.

Bushra: Yeah.

Adam Taha: It be like a Payment trial. Where it's a full year they just pay for it straight a way. If it's just a short course they pay straight away. Or there's like a two or three payment methods.

You split the course into three payments, for example. Or you have the course as a full payment, six hundred. Which one...which one will be helpful for you?

Bushra: The membership fees. Doing a monthly fees.

Adam Taha: Ok

Bushra: It be nice to do it that way because you're learning as you go along.

Adam Taha: I always ask that to my other customers as well. A lot of them said 200 now, 300 hundred later or $150 later kind of thing.

So what I could is then, have different options. You know what I mean?

Bushra: Yeah, that would be nice to have option.

Adam Taha: And then you can choose yourself which one you want.

Bushra:
Yeah.

Adam Taha: You was a prospect first, then you became a customer, now you're

getting mentored as well, yeah?

Bushra: Because I've become a customer from not knowing you at all. To becoming like, a customer...a good friend as well. It is nice to have that relationship because sometimes with other people I've not really have that chance to.

Adam Taha:
I'm very blunt with you as well, sometimes aren't I?

Bushra: (laughs). It is nice because obviously, you know being soft hearted all the time doesn't help. Being blunt is good because obviously I'm learning, I know what to do and I know where I need help. Thanks very much.

Adam Taha: It's a pleasure. I just wanted to record this as well and you said, that you don't mind me sharing this audio, you know, to other people.

Bushra: No, I don't mind you sharing.

Adam Taha: You've got my email and telephone number as well. So you can contact me. You know, if you need any help, ok but what I'll do now is - the information that you've given me, I'm going to get somebody to type it out for me. ok?

Bushrah: Yeah.

Adam Taha:
I'm going to look at what help you need. Ok...

Bushrah: Yeah..

Adam Taha: I'm putting a lot of things together cause I'm talking to quiet a few people, customers, and I'll put it together and I'll give you some feed back as well. Because in the future I'll be launching the courses, yeah.

I want to make sure that it's relevant to your needs.

INTERVIEW ENDS, Wrap Up....
