While money matters, it isn't everything. Work provides an outlet for creativity, the opportunity for adult conversation and a sense of accomplishment. A career for both men and women, allows personal development and fulfillment. But love for family and a sense of obligation to be good parents make some women question their decision to pursue a career. Many consider the hours spent on the job and away from family as difficult as living on too small a budget.
Network Marketing and/or MLM is an industry where women make dollar for dollar what men make. When it comes to family care, women are more likely to put their careers on hold or end them when the need to care for a child or another family member arises. Perhaps that is part of the reason that, while women today are better educated and employed at higher levels than ever before, they still earn 25 percent less than men.
A good Network Marketing or MLM companies provide home-based business owners with products, marketing materials, training and support - making success for all consultants attainable. The only thing you need to do is find a good opportunity to represent.

One Must Set Boundaries As Well
One needs to set boundaries as well or else their life will be a mess. The time when the kids have to do their homework, study and are at recreational activities with other children are excellent hours for the parents to work their business.
Their kids are watching their parents. If they see their parents balance their life they will more likely to repeat the process.
