Read More: In the MLM industry there are hundreds and thousands of different MLM companies. And between all these companies there are so many different types of compensation plans. And the one type of plan that seems to be popping up a lot is the 2x3 Network Marketing Matrix Plan.
Now first of all, it’s interesting to know that this 2x3 matrix plan is not adopted by that many Network Marketing companies. In fact, less than 10% of all Network Marketing companies use matrix compensation plans at all. And the reason for this, is they just haven’t been around for that long and they haven’t really been proven to be that successful.
So why are people so interested?
Well there is one huge factor. These types of plans allow something that is called “spillover”. This is basically when someone who is not recruited by you is put in below you as your downline. Now of course this is exciting, especially to new distributors, but the problem is, it rarely ever happens. You have to be in the right place at the right time and you have to be under someone who is a real gung-ho business builder.
Because of this, these compensation plans normally attract very lazy people. People who don’t really want to do the work but who want a free ride. And unfortunately there is no such thing as a free lunch. This industry, like all other real industries, requires hard work. There is no MLM compensation plan out there that will make you money if you don’t put in the time and effort.
If you are looking to switch to another company because you want to get into a matrix plan, you should think twice. Also, if are looking to get into this industry because you want to make easy money, then you are definitely looking in the wrong place. This industry is not for the faint hearted. And it’s definitely not for the lazy.
It is an industry that has the potential to make more millionaires than any other industry, but you need to do the business the right way, and you need to put in the time.

fifty fifty relationship
at the end of the day what matters is that the whole package is right...looking only at the comp plan and the $$ may blind you and you end up with the wrong company with bad leadership and no vision.
Spillover, matrix, breakway, paying up to bla bla and what not its all C*** - isnt it more then fair for both parties (you and the company) to have a fifty fifty partnership?
XanGo pays 50% to the distributor PERIOD. No ifs or whens or up to's 50% it is all the time.
Its a company with 7 years experience proven in many markets and expanding strong in new countries (7 new countries last 90 days).
What does the best comp plan with the highest payout and the best product do for you anyway if you don't have a perfect system?

So look at the "whole package" product, comp plan, leadership, financial structure of the company, is the company healthy or are they having problems cause they get sued all the time (monavie)?
How about future of the company will it be around the next 5,10 or more years or is it just some spillover internet marketing money making BS scheme? You are putting your time and your life on the line here so you better make a wise decision.
Also stay away fro mall those so called "MLM Guru's" some of them have never build a successful business and all they do is maret their lead generation system. Money talks BS walks let them show you their backoffice
if they got something going on they will show you if not well you better walk on.
Once you have the right vehicle is about having a good system and going to work! Results are the name of the game and if you think MLM is a quick rich thing then you are wrong and better stick to your 9-5
