These are all average men and women who put their best foot forward
and dreamed the big dream......just like you!
But you've been in this sort of thing before.
You know how gut wrenching it can be to work so hard to find people who want to join,
pour yourself into training them and then......dah, dah, dummmmmm.....
They QUIT!!!!
Never to be seen or heard from again!
But Mr. Sponsor Monster promises this isn't going to happen with this company.
Why?
Because company XYZ keeps about 95% of their people!
Folks, if you believe that then I suggest going back and reading the flippin' fine print!
I DON'T CARE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE THERE A MONTH AFTER THEY JOIN!
I ONLY CARE ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE STILL GOING TO BE HERE A YEAR AFTER THEY JOIN!
Ah HA!

Listen, the company isn't going to print the retention rate for the annual
because it's typically very, very low in MLM.
Don't get bit in the butt here.
Pay attention.
Read the fine print and don't rely on some half-true numbers to carry you through.
Learning how to target your leads will truly benefit you with retention.
Gaining leadership skills will also be essential....SKILLS....you gotta have 'em!
Find a company that PAYS its distributors.....now, there's a novel idea!
Know your facts so there won't be any whining at the end of the year.

Rentention is the key
I agree Sabrina, retention is the key. I could sponsor 50 people a month but will they be there the following month!?
Who wants tiny MLM Checks? Not it!
All Professional Network Marketers Better Know their Numbers. How many People do you need to break even? How many People to make 1000 dollars 10k? What is going to be easier bury your head in the sand or Learn the numbers and make sure you are in a company that pays the distributor a Lions share of the profits!

Where is the first breakage point ?
Every company has a breakage point. Some as low as 100 points per month. Others 100 points per week (total 400) before you even get to the point you're going to make a dime.
And that is perfectly acceptable as long as you understand and are willing to work 4 x harder. It's the new people who don't understand the comp plan (the rules of the game) that quit very quickly when they realize nothing is coming for the work they did that week. Others stick it out longer until it really sinks in - I'm working 4 x harder !! That sucks.

Thanks for bringing this up. I keep hearing about these people that sponsored 210 last month. Ha. They aren't going to stay.They hoped on the "bandwagon".

Pay Attention and Know You'll Have to Work
It's certain that many people drop out because they're told how easy it will be to make money, and then they find out it's a bit trickier than that. If they'd done their due diligence and read their comp plan instead of just taking the word of someone trying to pull them in they'd know what they were in for. This one isn't any easier to make big bucks than any other industry, it takes time and most importantly, skill!
