Your Listening SKILLS do not Matter...

Being a good listener does not Matter if you are asking the Wrong Questions or Asking The right Questions the Wrong way…If you are asking the right questions the right way, your Listening skill do Matter. The Key to Listening is to listen to understand not to respond...

When you are asking questions remember people do not care about you at this point. So be sure and just talk about them… Try to take your Question at least 5 levels deep if you can… Let the questions build off each other, like this…

So Tom where do you work? I work down here at Craft. Oh really how Long have you Worked for them? About 5 yrs. Wow That’s a long Time, what do you do there? I work on the production line making the Cheese. Really do you have to stand in the same place or do you get to move around a bit? I get to move around a bit. Well that’s good at least you get to move around, Tom I have got to ask you what do you like best about working at Craft? I like the hours, I have time to spend with my Family. That’s Great Tom. Now on the other hand what do you like least about working there? The Money, I really can’t afford to do anything with My Wife and Kids. Ok, I see I understand exactly where you are coming from on that . Tom, You have brought your family up a couple of times how many kids do you have?

Then you just start the same process asking about his Family and focusing on him and his Life... If you ask questions and try to go five Levels deep all kinds of doors will open for you to go through. It will help you Build rapport and really find the pain of your Prospect.

This process will work on the phone or in Person… If you follow this simple process you will know everything you need to know to get someone into your Business or disqualify them from your business
