Success in MLM could rob you of life if you don’t do this …


After visiting with many leaders in network marketing I finally found that most of them never really found the freedom promised.

Now, in case you're smirking because you've been in the business for a long time and think you achieved freedom, let me add that freedom really means doing whatever you want whenever you want and for as long as you want.

Since most Network Marketing leaders are good at doing the work… they get stuck doing the work.

The work and their business revolve around them!

Doesn't it go against what most MLM business owners believe? Bingo!

And that's why so many leaders have such a hard time. Instead of their business giving them more life, their business robs them of life.

Everyday it's the same thing. You go to work and find yourself doing it, doing it, doing it … because you know how.

And you blame it on the fact that if you slow down, your people will slow down. You have to set the example, you say.

But, there is some good news for you. There is a way you can free yourself from everything you hate about running a business. Finally there's a way your business can truly run itself – and you can make a lot more money in the process. How?

If you learn that simple principle and apply it, it could mean the difference between a life with struggle and pain or a life with abundance and pleasure.

The solution is so simple, It's amazing so few people are aware of it. It's used by every single person who takes a small business and turns it into an empire.

Tom Watson who built IBM used it. So did Walt Disney and the founders of FedEx , LensCrafters , Ritz-Carlton , Domino's Pizza and many others.

Some of the legends in MLM use it but very few actually implement it into it’s infinite details.

What is it?

It's how they do it that's so wonderful. It's their system that makes it a success.

You see, everybody talks about systems these days but very few understand how to build a system that can really be duplicated.

Something that I commonly find as a problem is most leaders are just going to put together a package or steps like a website followed by a phone call or an e-mail autoresponder and that’s it! That’s their system if you will. And the worst part is, there’s no proof on it, there’s no predictable return on it, there is nothing where you go to an entrepreneur and say I have a successful business model. This is approximately what you will have to invest time and money wise, this is the predictable return you’re going to get, etc.

When you truly have a system that works for anyone, you break down that model into individual activities that you can effectively train people on and then you work everybody through that and everybody must keep track of their specific activities cause otherwise you won’t know how to train that person. If they’re not doing it effectively, somewhere within that model they’re messing it up, right? And so that’s where you get these big generic trainings out there where the guy says “What we’re gonna cover today is the compensation plan.”

Gosh, 90% of the people who are failing, none of them have the problem of compensation plan. Alright, that’s not the problem!

In other words, if you set a goal that you haven’t been able to reach, you have to be able to tell why you are not at that goal. And the reason you don’t, has to do with the specific activities you got hung up on. And so you have to correct that activity with that individual then go back and correct that activity with the person who trained them. Otherwise you’re going to replicate the bad points.

When you have your system perfected, you can turn your business on and off as you will and create predictable results instantly.

When your business is on autopilot, you can activate your online advertising in a matter of minutes, watch leads flood in as the hours pass, and stop it when you have 10 or 15 people who called you to join your business. Then you turn to your new recruits and say “Let me show you how it works”.

So stop wasting time recruiting people with your “supposed to be” system. Look at each step you take and measure results. Notice where the breakdown occurs, correct it and move to the next one. In a matter of a few hours or days you’ll have a predictable business you can train your people on and then… wait for the checks in the mail.
