Take me to Oz...
There's no place like Oz!
Hello Friends,
It's a yearly ritual for me to use the week between Christmas and New Years Day to reflect on, what worked and didn't work in 2008, and what my goals and intentions are for the coming year, and beyond. I'll find a quiet beautiful place to spend the time, turn the business off, and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. This year we decided to spend the week at Branson, Missouri. Unbelievably, there's tornado watches today, so its a good day to sit tight and do some work on myself!
Looking back, I see where I need to improve myself, to grow into true prosperity in the coming years. Lack of faith, belief, focus, and my tendancy to procrastinate have hobbled my effectiveness and ability to succeed. To step into a higher level, I will need to hang out with and learn from those who have mastered the area's I'm weak in. It will take some real effort on my part, to rid myself of negative thoughts, and habits, and to replace them with my compelling why, that is, what I desire and claim out of life.
Looking forward, though times are going to be challanging and difficult, I have am firm in my desire to prosper in the face of adversity. Global challanges are forcing people to take a hard look at Network Marketing as a viable way to create wealth in these uncertain times. Technologies have been created that make it far easier to reach qualified specialized people who are looking for what we have to offer them.
Our message can easily go out to thousands of people in far less time than the old days. I remember the years and dollars I spent buying leads, mailing out cassette tapes, posting flyers at the library, and throwing business cards around like confetti. Friends and family were tired of the message. Ever have a weekly business overview, and nobody showed up? Times have sure enough changed folks, persistance gave me the opportunity to stay with it long enough to experience the rebirth of Network Marketing.
Three days left in the year to work on my plan for the coming weeks, months, and years! Congratulations on making it through 2008!

It does take time and work to acheive your goals but at least working on the computer you can click off the bad and go to the good and work with the people that want to work with you to help acheive your goals. That is where you learn how to work as a group of masterminds that are focused on acheiving your goals.
Oz
Paul,
It is a time for reflection. What did and didn't work.
Putting all the pieces together and moving forward in a decisive way and never turning back.
Having a "great why" is an absolute MUST.
Many reasons why you have to do this thing, or have this cause.
I know that you will have a great '09 Paul.
Best Wishes,
Dan S.
It is an Exciting Time!
I can relate to so much of what you are saying. I am grateful to be associated with such an awesome group of like minded people! If we all stay close to the fire, using our mastermind group, we will find success.

Visualization is the key to progression. We need to keep our eyes focused forward and we will see progress! All the best in 2009!
