Free Software For Taking On-Screen Videos

We’d like to share a very useful software that we use to take videos and screen shots of what we do. The software we use is called Jing. Best yet, it’s free! It’s simple to use and you can upgrade to pro anytime you like. Since it’s free, you have a maximum of a 5-minute video. That’s good enough!

Once you have the video, you could upload it to Youtube and embed it to your blog post. The default way to embed videos onto your blog is hard. I’ll be honest. We don’t even know how to embed videos to our blog the original WordPress way. The way we do it is with this awesome plugin called Smart Youtube WordPress Plugin. It doesn’t get any easier than this. All you have to do is copy the link URL and paste it into your WordPress writing area where you write your posts. Then, that’s it. You’re done.

The video will be up and ready for the public to view. The process is just like how we share our pictures and videos to our social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. All you have to do, once you have the plugin, is to check out the settings and set it the way you want according to your blog settings.

Jing and Smart Youtube WordPress Plugin would really make blogging a lot easier for everyone, especially when making on-screen trainings.
