I have been blessed. Through the power of the internet, I have made friends, reunited with old friends, & kept in touch with present friends. I am grateful to have a medium through which I could keep connected. Friends are the

spice of life, and they help to keep our lives delicious.

It is so much fun to be able to reminisce the joys of the carefree days of childhood. Your friends are the key to bringing joy back with a simple happy memory that takes you back to a place of simplicity and joy. It gently takes you away from your current worries and responsibilities and brings to softly to a place you may have forgotten all about. The energy given in the remembering of the moment is so powerful that there are not many things that could stop it. Think about it for a second. Were you ever in a terrible mood and a friend came along to suddenly made you smile? The thought they brought as a offering of love to you, entered your mind and changed your whole body the minute you accepted it. Your shoulders lowered, your tone changed, your body stopped fighting. You yielded in so many ways. Your mind started and your body followed. Your body followed the peace that the good thought brought with it. Have you ever thought of the true value of the gift your friend has brought you? The gift of transcendence. It is an amazing feat to overcome the mind. That is one of the reasons why it is so important to surround yourself with good friends. True friends. That is the power of a friend and why I am so grateful to have been blessed with many of them in my life. Be a powerful superhero friend and love source to someone today. That is the key...being a friend; but please start by being a friend to yourself.
