The #1 Secret To Close Relationships

What we know for certain is that when you really listen to someone, they love you for it. The problem for most people is, they know that whoever they are talking to is only waiting for their chance to talk. That is confirmed for them when you start talking immediately when their sentence is finished.

So try this:

1. Let them finish.
2. Take a breath.
3. Talk.

When you start talking immediately, the result is often annoyance or irritation. But that short pause of a second or two after the other person finishes can make a huge difference in the way they perceive you. You aren’t just in a verbal boxing match, waiting for them to finish so you can jump in. Instead, you are … actually … listening!

People aren’t used to others who really want to hear their complete thought. It’s a big sense of relief for them, and they are likely to put a much greater value on talking with you.

And that is a great start to a strong network marketing business relationship.
