The 3 Things That You Must Do While Attending Your MLM Business Opportunity Convention.

Convention is such an exciting part of being involved in an MLM Business Opportunity.  It is so exciting that sometimes we tend to forget that we are there on business.  It is so easy to think of convention as a vacation but it's really not, convention is an opportunity to take care of very important business tasks that we cannot do from home.  On this document I will lay out 3 things that should be accomplished while attending our MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Task #1 That should be accomplished while attending our MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Take inventory of how many core people we have in our business.

How do we do that? Take roll call, everyone who attends convention should be considered a core distributor.  Your group of core distributors should grow by no less than 10% from convention to convention, that can be considered a healthy growth for a growing business.  Gather your team for lunch and spend time with them.  Many of them have made huge sacrifices to attend the event and they desire to learn from those like you and I who have come before them and that have a vested interest in their success.  No matter how busy you are spend time with your core people, specially those who are outside of your backyard.  Remember you never know who may be in attendance, one of them may have a huge impact on your business.

During conversation you should ask questions that will help you to find out whether they are following your business building principles or if they have gone astray.  If you find out that they are teaching improper building strategies you can help to correct the problem before it gets out of hand.

Task #2 to be accomplished while attending your MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Build your team's culture.

From dress code to attitude, it all has to do with the way your team's culture is created.  Take the time to build it right from the very beginning, this happens at convention.

You also want to create a culture of victory so show up strong,represent,have an attitude of "We are here to take over".  People like to be part of the winning team and they love the sense of belonging. How do you do that? well you can start by conducting a breakout session, you can also have t-shirts made for your team to wear, flags are also good to have, lights, anything to tell the world that your team has arrived.

Task #3 to be accomplished while attending your MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Count.

Count how many of your distributors are being recognized .
Count how many of your team members are rank advancing.
Count how many different sponsorship lines are in attendance.
Count how many different time zones are represented on your behalf.
Count how many tools are being purchased during breaks.
Count how many of your distributors are pre-registering for the next convention.

And last but not least...

Count your blessings, you are an MLM leader and your MLM Business Opportunity will soar the day that you can count 100 core people at your convention..
