"The 7 traits of a successful Network Marketer"
If you were to interview 10 different millionaires in Network Marketing you would hear 10 different ways they arrived to the level of success but there were many common denominators.
You would hear sacrifice. Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they sacrificed to get there. They had to decide what was more important. Was it more important to watch TV, play a game with their buddies, or was it more important to stay focused on growing their business. Was it more important to take the summer off and play or to work through the summer so that they could get the edge come "fall rush"?
You would hear commitment. Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they were committed to the end goal. They saw the big picture and aimed for it. They were committed to a bigger cause, something far bigger than themselves. Whether it was creating a dynasty for their family or achieving success to show their family it was possible.
You would hear incredible work ethic. Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they are willing to do what the unsuccessful are not willing to do. They make one last phone call. They do one last appointment. They are willing to push harder than the average.
You would hear personal development. Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they are always working harder on themselves than someone else. They know how important it is to always continue to improve themselves. Leaders in the industry never stop learning. They go to every training event, conference call, or convention because they might learn something that gives them the edge.
You hear stories of never giving up! Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they never gave up. You will find many leaders that were simply ordinary people but through time they learned to be extraordinary leaders. They had time on their side. The only way to fail in business is to QUIT.
You will hear stories of extreme discipline. Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they were very disciplined in the basics. They made more phones calls than the average. They set more appointments than the average. They had more enrollments than the average. They developed more leaders than the average. That's for leaders within our industry. If it were basketball. Than they got better at the fundamentals than the average.
You will hear stories of failing their way to success. Leaders in all walks of life make it to the top of their game because they failed more than anyone else. That's right you will hear incredible stories of failure that led to paramount success. Almost every millionaires story will talk about all the failures they had that led to the crazy success they have today. It's very rare that you find a millionaire that has not had lots of stories of failure. They simply kept failing forward.
The 7 Traits of Succcessful Network Marketers:
1. Sacrifice
2. Commitment
3. Work Ethic
4. Personal Development
5. Never Give up

Winning is Easy if You Stick to It!
My dad was a world record bike rider from the real olden days in Australia, riding with the likes of Sir Bruce Small, Fatty Lamb, Sir Hubert Opperman...all now sadly passed on, as is my dear dad.
When we were growing up, there was a picture frame on the dining room wall, right in my line of vision, right "over top " of dad's head.
It had a picture of a sleek greyhound dog, chasing a tin rabbit which was on a rail in front of the dog.
No matter how close the poor old dog got, or how fast he went, the rabbit went faster!
The caption on the picture was "WINNING IS EASY IF YOU STICK TO IT!"
That image is so burned into my brain to this day, my whole neurology is hard wired that way now, I wouldn't dare give up!
I hope for all our sakes we can learn to work smarter as we model our mentors & that we are able to benefit from this wonderful opportunity as we get to peek into their lives.
Consider how privileged we are, to have the likes of our heroes interact with us on a daily, weekly basis!
The other night I was on line, learning how this forum worked & I saw Mike Dillard was on line too!
I was so chuffed, as it became real to me that he was real & was doing earthly things that us mere mortals did too!
I tried to draw still & with a big intake of breath, sucked in real big, to withdraw some of his drive & knowledge & presto he was gone & I immediately felt stronger &......!
oh PS...has anyone heard from Mike this week?
Mary
I agree with all of these
I agree with all of these except sacrifice. I would call that choices. They chose things to get them to where they wanted rather than the things listed like watching tv etc.
