The Magnetic Sponsoring Course SUCKS

That's a pretty controversial statement. I see many of you wondering what I'm going to say about the course. Even you Mike (and other admin).

Well sit back and let me explain. This isn't a cheap shot at you, Mike or your course. Just some bold, hardcore facts.

I'm not sure if you're ready for what I have to say. I'll explain exactly why the MS course sucks in just a minute. So continue to read on.

When I first came across MS about 2 years ago, I was unsure as to how this would help me in the growth of my home business. I've purchased other "systems" before and didn't have much luck. I'd even graduated from one of the top business schools in the world. And still didn't know what it took to grow my home business.

I guess I was looking for a magic pill that would somehow explode my business. As I look back, I was kidding myself.

I should've been more aware and used my business sense. I've been an entrepreneur all my life. From selling hand-crafted products at age 9 to owning a successful lawn maintenance business at 17 to being an extremely successful business owner today.

From what I've learned through all those years, one thing stuck out most. There are no short cuts. You're gonna have to work your butt off to get what you want.

If you've studied any successful entrepreneur, you'll see that they worked harder than anyone. Regardless of what anyone tells you or what you believe, you'll have to do the same. There are no hand-outs.

That doesn't mean you won't make a substantial amount of money in a short period of time. You can very well do that. I've done it. And so have many others. But what really gets under my skin is how people think the MS course will save them.

When I purchased the course, it set off a light bulb in my head. I understood that you have to study and implement in order to see any results. However, many people read the MS book and then twiddle their fingers asking what to do next.

I completely understand why Mike offers different products, have upsells, downsells, and a phenomenal Inner Circle Newsletter. He wants to separate the mediocre from the top-notch leaders. This is what I mean. Each of Mike's products complements each other. Ask anyone who's purchased multiple products and they'll tell ya.

I'll prove my case. Not everyone here has the BOAB course and definitely not everyone has the MLM TF. Why? Because not everyone is willing to not only invest in themselves, but make sacrifices. If you're reading this and haven't purchased any education whatsoever, quit. Continue to work your 9-5, and leave the marketing up to the big boys...and girls ;-)

I hate to be so blunt, but I'm sick of people asking me to give them all the answers for free. If it was free, you wouldn't value it. It'll be meaningless.

So, why exactly does the MS course suck. Well, if you've marketed any of your websites offered by MS, you know the power of it. It almost feels illegal (note that I said almost :-)). The reason being, it literally sucks cash right out of your prospects. The MS course is actually the Money Sucker course.

Now that I cleared up what I meant by how the magnetic sponsoring course sucks, you can now relax. It's an awesome course. But it's not the only thing you should invest in. Continue to read, study, learn and implement. And without a doubt, you'll be extremely successful.

Anyone who has a website, feel free to leave it in the comment area. I'll leave the "plugs" for you all.

So Mister Exx, do you find this course (Magneting Sponsoring)or (MLM Traffic)to be very helpful for the average person that does not hardly know anything about computers? I just purchased these two course a day ago in hopes to generate a lot of leads on my own with out having to buy them from different lead stores. I want the prospect calling me, not me having to make a 100 dials just to find someone to take a look at what I have to offer.
Thanks for your reply

Nice!

Excellent play on words Mr. Exx - if it's OK I may use it myself ;)

Rob Kosberg — Sat, 04/05/2008 - 9:59am

To Cathy...

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "not knowing anything about computers". I'm not sure if it's html codes that you're having trouble with or advertising.

However, you made a great decision on purchasing both courses. Because you said you don't have much of an understanding of computers, advertise wisely. Don't blow alot of money on PPC advertising.

You can easily rack up $700 on clicks. I know I have. But it also brought in $3000. So I'm not complaining :-)

In closing, you will definitely generate some leads and make some cash. Just give it some time. And work at it. Once you have you're articles, videos, and other material out on the net working for you, the only problem you're going to have is spending all the money you're making.

Have fun and enjoy yourself Cathy.

To Rob...

Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it. You may use it if you want. I have no problem with it at all.

When you use it and produce some cashflow...don't forget about me, lol

Have fun, advertise, and enjoy yourself

well done

Great article Ex,

It's one of those articles that knocks people "off the fence"

Nice Article

Nice choice of words Mr. Exx I could not agree with you more. Would you say that free advertising (internet and word of mouth) are the best or should you pay for advertising.

Joe Hogge — Sun, 04/06/2008 - 3:40pm

To Joe...

Free advertisement doesn't mean better results. And neither does expensive advertisement.

Word of mouth advertisement is the best result you can experience from the usage of your products/services. But it only happens when you have very satisified customers.

Example: You always hear Mike boasting and bragging on attending Yanik Silver's workshops. That's because Mike is a very satisified customer. And because he's so passionate about what Yanik teaches, he continues to talk about it to hundreds of thousands of people.

Has Yanik benefitted from this. You 'betcha! Is it wrong? No. It's word of mouth advertising.

So to answer your question, both are good. You're going to have to spend money on advertising. I don't care how you slice it.

Using videos, articles, press releases and other free ways of advertising are all good. But only 67% (or so) traffic comes from organic search (free). PPC accounts for 33% (these numbers could have increase/decrease). That's 33% of your potential business, or money, being left out there for others to collect.

Not only that, but when someone clicks on a "sponsored link", they're usually clicking that link, knowing that on the next page will be something they can buy. Some prospects already have their credit cards out, next to the computer, ready to purchase.

You will have to be the judge on whether or not you're willing to spend money on advertisement.

Also, make sure you're always testing and measuring your results. See how much of your business is coming from paid advertisement versus free advertisement. Then you'll have a better understanding of what's working for you.

Marketing is all about testing ;)

note: google "copywriting". You'll find Yanik Silver's copywriting workshop in the sponsored links. He's an amazing affiliate marketer, multi-millionaire, and he's still paying for advertisement, although he has attracted a swarm of customers from word of mouth advertising.

Had Me Going For a minute!

I liked your article. Personally, I perfer a product that can sell its self, because I am still a little shy right now. :P

Shannon Gordon — Mon, 04/07/2008 - 5:30pm

To Shannon

Please listen closely...There's no product on Earth that sells itself.

I can understand that you're shy. It's ok. You'll soon come out of your comfort zone and begin to grow into a very successful entrepreneur.

Thinking that your product will sell itself is one reason home business owners fail.

Stop using that as an excuse for you not to step up and overcome your shyness.

I know you'll soon overcome it. I believe in you :)

Outstanding

I agree, and realise that there is a learning curve we cannot avoid, and just rely only on free advertisement. But when you are on a budget, you must count on. :)

Jean Klett — Wed, 04/09/2008 - 11:22am

To Jean...

Thanks for the comment. There's absolutely no way to avoid the learning curve. Most people will stop right when they have to climb over their first "bump in the road", hence the 97% failure rate in this industry.

It doesn't matter how good a "system" is, if you don't have the necessary skill, you'll continue to fail. Or have mediocre success.

Tony S — Wed, 04/09/2008 - 11:42am

Nice Curve ball

I really like how you gain the attention of the readers on here. By telling that it really sucked but, i know when i first started reading it I wanted to know why . I will have to try that in my newsletters.

Adam (not verified) — Wed, 04/09/2008 - 6:56pm

To Adam...

Curiosity killed the cat ;D

There's a reason for that post. And I'm writing another article for my reason. I've found some really interesting facts. All MS buyers should come back and read my next article to find out why.

Over 90% of you will dig the next article. And it'll answer all of your questions. So be on the look out for it.
