And here's how you gonna do it, always tell your prospect that he will get a valuable gift or whatever in just two or three days time.

By telling him that, you will be sure that if he wants that valuable stuff, he will had to be in your list for a certain amount of time and make sure you really deliver something valuable, or he will just opt-out of your list.

Believe it or not, once a new prospect opt-in to your list for a certain amount of time, he will usually forget to opt-out. And from there, you should find out if he is your buyer. Remember this, getting a list of buyers in your list is a numbers games...
