The Six Basic Fears-Part 1
There are Six Basic Fears in Life. This article will discuss the first fear.
Please read the other Five as they become available to evaluate whether any of these Fears are gripping you and YOUR life right now. Or, conversely, maybe one of the Fears had a grip on your life and you have overcome that Fear. If that is the case: Congratulations! for facing that Fear and not letting it defeat you.
Once you understand the Fears, maybe you will identify with one of them and want to overcome that Fear and change not only your life but also your outlook on life. Fears are nothing more than a state of mind.
The First Fear is the Fear of Poverty.
"There can be no compromise between poverty and riches! The two roads that lead to poverty and riches travel in opposite directions. If you want riches, you must refuse to accept any circumstance that leads toward Poverty." ~Napoleon Hill (Riches here mean financial, spiritual, mental, and materials estates.)
Does that statement make sense to you? Do you relate to it? Fear eliminates reason, purpose, enthusiasm, initiative and leads to uncertainty, procrastionation...well, you get the picture. If a Poverty mindset creeps into your way of thinking, it is almost impossible to let it go and escape it.
If you take a really good look at yourself, you may not like what you see. But in order to rid yourself of this mindset, you need to really do a thorough self-examination. Ask a trusted friend or someone you are close to about their opinion of you. Only do this, though, after you have taken a good, hard look at yourself (this takes courage). You may not like what you hear but if the truth is what you are after, you have to have an open mind and be willing to listen to what that person tells you. Really listen. You have now taken the first step in ridding yourself of the Poverty mindset.
Here are the Symptoms of the Fear of Poverty:
Indifference, Indecision, Doubt, Worry, Overcaution and Procrastination.
Do You Have the Courage to take a deep look into who you really are and face your Fears? Do you have any of the named Symptoms from Above? Does this Fear have a grip on your life?
You can rid yourself of this Fear.

Fear
Great write. The ongoing battle for our souls. Good or evil, negative or positive we are what we think we are. It is just as easy to develop positive habits as negative habits.
Thank you for the thought.
