Here is a little ditty that I ran across while on holiday. It contains some thoughts that we all might consider as we go through ‘09’
1) You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
2) You cannot help small men by tearing down big men.
3) You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
4) You cannot lift the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer.
5) You cannot help the poor man by destroying the rich.
6) You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than your income.
7) You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
8) You cannot establish security on borrowed money.
9) You cannot build character and courage by taking away men's initiative and independence.
10) You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves.

The ‘Cannots’ were given to me by an old German gentleman I met while visiting my son in Mexico. I thought you might find them interesting and something to consider as we go through the year. Let’s all make 2009 a banner year for network marketing.

6) You can keep out of trouble by spending less than your income.
7) You can further the brotherhood of man by treating others as you'd like to be treated.
8) You can establish security on your investment and savings.
9) You can build character and courage by leading and encouraging initiative and independence.
10) You can help men permanently by teaching and showing them how they can help themselves.
