The Truth on MLM – Fast Easy Money?Fast start earnings are short term. That’s it, not smoke and mirrors. So here is an easy question for you, would you rather have a few thousand coming in immediately and burning yourself out or would you rather have ten thousand or more coming in monthly in residual income even though it will take you one, two or even 5 years to accomplish? Look at it from this angle, you need to build a company of individuals that you can help so that everyone on your team will make money as opposed to simply you making the money. I personally would rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 individuals then 100% of only my efforts! That is what most would call leverage.The problem is, greed often blinds us and we are so focused on getting our return on our investment immediately that we lose sight of the fact that we need to be building our network slow and steadily.We want instant gratification, instead of delayed gratification.The Truth On MLM is that we are more of a teaching industry then a selling industry. Is not the best recruiter that is successful it is the best Teacher that wins. Let me clarify this for you, if you recruit, recruit, recruit and have all of this fast start money coming in yet fail to train, then what do you think will occur? The truth on MLM is that you must train and teach as you go. You need to help people duplicate what it is you do. Mind you, duplication is over rated in my opinion because no 2 individuals are the same. We are all unique and bring different attributes to the table.
