Of the 1,401 Australian HR managers surveyed over 60% were using some form of profiling as part of their recruitment process. St. George Bank was reported to have reduced staff turnover in just 14 months from 23% to 16%. APN News & Media said they benefited by retaining staff which directly translated to repeat advertising business as clients enjoyed better relationships with staff whom they had done business with before.
