Too Hot at Night

Halina,

There is a book that I would like to recommend to you and the female population.  It is called the Breast Cancer Prevention Diet by Dr. Bob Arnot.  It has some useful information for women who are experiencing hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms.  A lot can be done to minimize these symptoms by eating a low-fat diet, exercising with "oxygen" (aerobically) for 30 minutes per day most days of the week, and adding a tablespoon or two of ground flaxseed to your favorite soup, yogurt or smoothie on a daily basis.  I seldom experience hot flashes since I started doing these things."  I hope these suggestions are helpful to you and what you are trying to accomplish.
