You said it Juanita, if they do not have a strong enough "WHY" then I know for a fact that they are going to quit. It's all fun and exciting in the beginning (for about a month), then it starts to get hard, the money is not coming in as fast as they thought it would and they are not getting anyone to join their business because they are lacking the proper training to grow their business and then sadly, they will quit. They must have a desire (something that if achieved would make them cry, literally). Without a desire what is motivating them now and for how long? If excitement, greed, jealousy, envy, etc. is their motivational drive, then they are going to fail. How? Excitement will come and go, greed will blind them, jealousy will last as long as they know the status of the other individual and greed will make them lose focus.
This is a wonderful post and I hope that many will take heed to its information.
