#3 -- I totally agree, Fernando. It's something I struggle with--Be lazy and send everything to one page or customize per ad?
The biggest tip I have is to use Adwords to test what the best terms will be and then add additional capture pages based on your highest impression count or highest CTR.
That will get you the biggest bang for your buck in terms of time.
