Business is not as complex as we sometimes make it out to be. Potential customers and Team members (downline) have needs. They are looking for people who can fill those needs or get them the resources to aid them in getting those needs filled. Here are the top 5 Secrets to Grow your Network Marketing Business.

1. You must be an Alpha or a good leader. Good leaders surround themselves with A or Alpha players. They are confident and grow their credibility everyday. If you lack confidence when you speak, seek professional advice (maybe Toast Masters or any credible speaker training company). Practice on family members or other alpha leaders.

2. You must Have a Personal website which is professional in content and appearance. You must have freebies or give-aways on your site in exhange for the email, name and number of the browser. Have articles, links and other resources on your site that will help people. Also, develop surveys for your website which will also capture browser information.

3. Help People! If you don't help other people to get to the next level, you will never grow your business. Your business grows only by helping your downline grow their business. Help them to become alpha leaders and teach them to reach down to do the same to their downline or potential downline. In other words, develop relationships.

4. Write, Write, Write. You and your downline must begin to write articles, newsletters and booklets. Developing these resources will help to establish and grow your credibility. Remember your opportunity is not the business. You are the business. You, Inc. People will join an opportunity if they find you to be credible. 5. Become a Student of the Opportunity! Become an expert on your opportunity. Be able to tell potential Alpha team members (downline) about your product or service and how they will impact industry trends. I am in the Health and Wellness Industry.
