It starts by looking in the mirror and and knowing that you are "love." You are blessed, chosen, annointed and lavished In Love, totally and completely. Believe it! The power is in believing...
Love one another. We are all so precious, so worthy of being showered with tenderness and kindness! Who knows what that special creation is going through right now. They may be up against a serious health issue, or they may have just lost a loved one. Maybe they are broken, fighting depression or lonliness. There is no better feeling than to say a sweet word to someone who is thirsting, for reasons we may never know. Sometimes even a simple smile will bring fruit to the broken hearted. Being that light into their world, walk in love.
Loving what has been given. Look around you. Is it the child with the sparking eyes who looks to you and asks "Mommy, do you want to play with me?" Is it your spouse who needs affection or some sweet words to know how much you appreciate them in your life. Is it the friend that has been especially placed upon your path for you to care for, be there to serve and mentor toward "Owning Their Life?" Walk in love. The rewards are beyond what I am able to describe. And trust me, its contagous, everyone notices!

The mind responds to the stimulation of these emotions, the strongest is:
Desire for sex expression
then Love, Burning Desire for Fame, Power, Money, Music, Friendship, Harmony of a Master Mind alliance, Mutual Suffering, Auto-suggestion, Fear, and last Narcotics or Alcohol.
When the two strongest (sex desire and the emotion of love) are mixed, when these two beautiful emotions are blended, this brings about a state of mind that becomes spiritual.
Eight of these stimuli are natural and constructive. Two are destructive. I stand in awe of the force of our emotions and what can be achieved! Thank you for the wonderful article today to stimulate my mind.

After reading this, I think I want to shed a small tear on everyone's behalf! You have captured the true essence of one of the greatest things that I've learned in my years of trials and tribulations, that no matter what we think love really is or really should be, love is a VERB! When we learn this simple truth and put it into action, all of the other pieces that had become misplaced and have kept us in constant pursuit, return to us faster than we can blink an eye. Beyond that, it takes us places we've never been as well, and stirs our hearts to levels of emotions that we've never experienced before. Love is a VERB, and the greatest one we'll ever know! As Voltaire puts it, "Love is a canvas furnished by Nature and embroidered by imagination."
